Alex was a great host and the house was nice. We did have an issue locating the place as the VRBO directions took us to a completely different complex. This was very close to downtown. A few down sides, there was a new build beside us so the patio area was constantly dirty. You couldn't walk around the pool in bare feet or they'd be black. Also, below us lots of roosters and dogs barking so I wouldn't say it was quiet.

I appreciate you mentioning the navigation issue we’ll take a look at the VRBO directions to help make arrival smoother for future guests. The neighboring construction is a temporary project that should be wrapping up soon, and we’ll continue to keep the patio and pool area cleaned regularly. As with many neighborhoods near the city center, there can occasionally be typical local sounds like roosters and dogs. The view is incredible looking over the town of Coco and the beautiful ocean and mountains. The home is so clean and has a thoughtful design. Great for a big family or four couples with master suite needs and we all enjoyed having our own space. Alex did a great job coordinating all of our transportation. I highly recommend that because the mountains are no joke! Alex’s wife made us dinner one night, it was a great meal for the family. We rented motorcycles, Mega combo tour and enjoyed beach time with jet skis. What a fabulous vacation! Highly recommend it all!
