Nice house, plenty of room. Firepit was great. Hosts were very attentive and great communication. Had an ant issue and they offered to send someone out to spray immediately.

Went to visit our musician son who relocated to Nashville! Great location! A few minutes from downtown in a nice quiet, safe neighborhood! Several cute little restaurants right around the corner. Lots of space, clean. Everything we needed for prepping & cooking meals was avaliable. All household items & toiletries were well stocked. Nice relaxing front porch swing. Big backyard with picnic table on the porch we were able to enjoy as well! Host was very responsive! Would definitely stay again!

We didn’t stay. Upon arrival there was a stain on a bed. We didn’t feel safe. Had to spend 1100 more to get a hotel room.

The property was nice but it was on the older side. Parts of the wood flooring had been updated but other parts were not and had chips in places. The kitchen was a bit understocked. We decided to eat out for dinner so it didn't affect our stay. The neighborhood was just okay. The neighbors would stand outside talking loudly on the phone, drive up with the bass pounding and smoke marjiana. This wasn't late at night but it could be disruptive. We had an issue with the outside porch light not working. We told the owner about it and they said they hung lights to fix this but the lights weren't working either. They said they would send the property manager over but they never came. We kept the indoor living room light on to help when we came back in the evening. We did appreciate the location as it was a quick drive downtown and there were a few restaurants not far from the house that were really good.

Thank you so much, Dianna, for staying with us and for taking the time to share your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the location and discovered some great local restaurants nearby. We sincerely apologize for the outdoor lighting issue — that's completely on us and we dropped the ball on following through with the repair during your stay. That has since been fixed and will not be an issue for future guests. Your feedback on the flooring and kitchen stocking has been noted and we are actively working on both. We want every guest to feel like the home is fully ready and well-equipped from the moment they arrive. We understand the neighborhood activity can occasionally be lively, and we appreciate your patience and understanding with that. We truly value your honest feedback — it helps us make Maison d'Amour the best it can be for every guest. We hope you'll give us another chance to show you an improved experience on your next visit to Nashville!
