Welcome to your coastal getaway in Ventura — a bright and inviting home designed for relaxation and easy living.

Wake up to the sound of the waves and end your day with unforgettable sunsets over the Pacific—this Ventura beach house is all about location, views, and relaxed coastal living. With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (2 Kings and 1 Queen), it’s the perfect place for families or couples traveling together.

The highlight is your own private rooftop deck, where you can take in sweeping ocean views, fire up the grill, and lounge in the California sun.

When you’re ready to explore, simply walk across the street to Marina Park. Kids will love the boat-themed playground, and you can launch kayaks or paddleboards, or even try fishing off the dock. Grab fresh groceries from Von’s nearby, or hop on the free trolley to Seaward Village or downtown Ventura, where boutique shops and great local dining await.

Inside, the open-concept living space on the second floor features whitewashed wood floors, vaulted beam ceilings, and large windows that let in the ocean breeze. The living room has a 50" TV, gas fireplace, and plenty of cozy seating—perfect for winding down after a day outdoors. We loved our time here! Beautiful house and beautiful location. Easy check in and out. Fans provided for all the bedrooms were nice since the house didn’t have AC. The shower upstairs was amazing!

This place was perfect size and location for our family of 5 with adult kids/partners.The wood floors could use a good scrub as feet get dirty walking around the house and as others have noted, its too bad that the furniture on the rooftop is in poor condition as it makes it not very inviting to hang out there. But it was ideal to have a secure place to dry out the wetsuits and we did use the grill up there.So great to have the beach so close and at least during our stay there was a lifeguard there every day - for those with little ones that would be a definite plus.

Excellent location! Very short walk to ocean and playground that my kids loved! House was nicely decorated and beds were comfortable, however there was a musty smell in the house and we did have issues with the alarm ( code was given but no directions how to disarm and set were given) . Lots of room for our family of five. Patio furniture on rooftop deck needs repair/replacement- ended up not sitting up there due to the condition of the furniture.

We’ve already reached out to our team to address the musty odor, and inspect the rooftop deck furniture for repair or replacement. We had a nice stay at this property and found it perfectly suited to our needs. The photos provided by the management company were very accurate. The Highlights:• The Location: We were here specifically for cycling, and it’s a perfect 40-mile out-and-back trip to Ojai. It is also only about 3 miles from the Ventura beach path. Short drive to the harbor if you were doing a day trip to Channel Islands. Downtown Ventura has some great restaurants and a laid back feel to just walk around. • Outdoor Amenities: The property is right across the street from Marina Bay Park (great for families) and the beach is lovely for walks at low tide. After long days of biking and hiking, the backyard spa was a treat. The upper rooftop deck was a comfortable place to relax, • Comfort: The bed in the upstairs primary suite was very comfortable, and the shower had excellent water pressure. We were only 1 couple so cannot comment on other bedrooms or downstairs bathroom.A Few Notes for Improvement:While the kitchen is fully equipped, it would benefit from a bit of organization. Some of the older, deteriorated pots and pans should probably be replaced, and the drawers are a bit crowded with multiple of the same items making it a bit difficult to find things. Additionally, while ant traps were set up along the counters and floors, they appeared to be empty; having a few fresh backups on hand would be helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the property itself and its location, which was ideal. But from the moment we arrived we had disappointment with the host experience and amenities. We arrived to a very long trail of ants on the kitchen counter (thousands of them!). While I know ants can be a problem, it was as if no one had taken care of it recently due to the volume. Secondly the outside garbage can was full to the top, leaving no room for additional garbage, again like no one had taken care of it. I was dismayed to find stains on the pillow cases and sheets downstairs, which were VERY off-putting. And then, when I went to get the extra blanket from the bedroom shelf upstairs, there was a very large and GROSS stain on it! That just SHOULD NOT HAPPEN! Additionally the bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in all the bathrooms were empty. They did leave one or two little bottles but very little soap so that was again off-putting. All in all, while the property was lovely....the rest was a terrible disappointment.

However, we do want to note that none of these issues were reported to us during your stay, which would have allowed us to address them immediately. We always encourage guests to reach out as soon as anything comes up so we can promptly resolve it. As for the body wash. shampoo and conditioner, we only provide them in a small bottle as part of complimentary starter kit but guests should replenish their own during stay. Cleanliness and guest comfort are very important to us, and we take your comments seriously. Rest assured all of these has been resolved promptly after your stay.
