Spanish Key Beach Resort in Perdido Key is just across the Alabama-Florida state line and offers you a quieter, family friendly area of the Gulf Coast for your next Getaway! The view was stunning. The beach was perfect. However the 3rd bedroom shower had no pressure. We contacted you and you said you would send someone over in the morning. No one ever came to look at the shower.

Beautiful property!

This place is stunning! We had 4 adults and two tweens. We had more than enough space for all of us. The property is very clean and well kept. Our condo was beautiful and so clean. Close to all the best restaurants in Perdido Key and Orange Beach. We will definitely book here again.

Perfect location

The ONLY negative I have to say about our stay was the bedroom with the two queen beds. They were terrible! The mattresses were on metal bed frames but needed more support in the center of the bed. My 4 and 6 year old slept on the bed to the right and I was afraid to sit on it because it was falling apart. You could also not use the balcony in that room because the queen bed on the left was blocking it. The condo besides that and the location was awesome. I would definitely stay again if the beds were fixed. Also the parking instructions that were sent in the email upon arrival was not clear. I asked the property manager and they didn’t know what the email was referring to so we just parked in open spots which was fine.

Great condo

The kitchen is wonderful. Great for kids with open space and not cluttered. Only issues were ants in kitchen and really dirty carpet in bedrooms. Will definitely stay again if carpets are replaced. Lots of homey touches such as books. And nice dishes and glasses in kitchen.

Perfection!

I think the ONLY thing that could have made this unit better was an ice maker but other than that it was perfect! Would definitely stay here again!

Like a frat house

The condo is not decorated well looks like a frat sofa. The curtains were filthy and the carpets had to be cleaned. The ice maker was taken out and mold was on the wall. It was sparsely decorated. Also the curtains were so thin you could barely see the tv in den.

Last minute getaway

We were pretty last minute booking our trip and we looked at many condos before seeing this one and I’m so glad we did! The condo was fabulous and we enjoyed our stay there so much that the kids have already said to book this one again next time! Thank you for making our vacation one to remember!!

Excellent Location

Excellent location, right on beach, not crowded, this unit is on the end of third floor and no noise at all, our first time staying at this place but will definitely be staying here from now on! Indoor-outdoor pool, nice grilling area, everything was super clean! Our family of 5 had plenty of room for the week! Loved that no high rises were right next to us and beach less crowded!

Best weather considering hurricane Irma in the area.

A very good stay with way better than expected weather. Hurricane Irma just brushed the key with outer bans creating winds of 16mph. No rain and no bad weather to speak of during our stay. The condo was exceptionally roomy with every amenity one could ask for. From ice machine in room to extra blankets. This is one of my family's best vacations. We did have issues with the locks on two occasions but after calling in they handled it with no problem and super fast. Awesome vacation at Spanish Key!

This condo and property is wonderful

We stayed here for a family reunion..once we arrived we fell in love with the unit. It had everything we needed for our stay including a small table for children. The condo is VERY spacious. We are already talking about staying here again next year. A suggestion, not a hindrance is that the kitchen could use a little more lighting, maybe undercounter lighting.
