Welcome to Scottsdale Vista Villa, a stunning luxury Arizona retreat, boasting modern elegance and top-of-the-line amenities. With sleek wood flooring, designer lighting, and chic finishes throughout, this stylish home features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms within approximately 1,680 square feet, comfortably sleeping up to 8 guests.
Step through the front door and you're welcomed by an open, light-filled living area designed for both gathering and relaxation. Plush furnishings, a cozy fireplace, and a seamless flow into the kitchen and outdoor areas invite you to settle in and stay awhile.
Living Area: Features a Queen-sized sofa sleeper, TV, games, and sound system.
Kitchen & Dining: A culinary dream with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a large island, perfect for casual meals or cocktails before your desert evening.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Primary Suite Bedroom 1: King-size bed with TV and en suite full bathroom.
Bedroom 2: King-size bed, TV, and access to shared full bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Queen-sized bed, TV, and access to shared full bathroom.
Bedroom 4: Two Twin-sized beds, TV, and access to shared full bathroom.
+Shared Bathroom 2: Spa-like modern full bathroom with Tub/shower combination and single vanity.
Private Backyard Oasis: Your own desert paradise awaits with a sparkling pool (heated optional), shaded lounge under a pergola, built-in BBQ and bar, cozy fire pit, professional putting green, and lush low-maintenance landscaping; all fully fenced for privacy. *The pool and spa do not contain a safety barrier and are unsuitable for young children.*
