With floor-to-ceiling windows, an open floor plan, a wood-burning fireplace, and a wraparound deck with a private hot tub, this spacious alpine retreat comfortably accommodates families, couples, or groups of up to 8 guests.

Nestled in the peaceful pine trees just minutes from downtown Breck and world-class skiing, The Rendezvous Chalet is ideal for your next Colorado adventure year-round.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the top two floors of the home during their stay. Please note that the garage and basement are reserved exclusively for the owners and the long-term tenant and are not accessible to guests. The long-term tenant resides in the basement with his dog, and the connecting door will remain locked at all times for privacy and security. To ensure a pleasant environment for everyone, we kindly ask guests to observe quiet hours between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

- Snow tires or chains and AWD or 4X4 will be required in the winter months.
- This cabin is nestled in a forested area where wildfire risk is high. For the safety of our guests, neighbors, and the surrounding environment, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on or around the property.
- This property is located in bear country, and proper trash management is essential for your safety and the protection of local wildlife. All trash must be placed in the bear-proof trash containers located in the storage room beneath the front deck. Please ensure that both the storage room door and trash containers are fully closed and latched at all times.
