Not only is the villa amazing, clean, and comfortable, but the host was extraordinary. He went out of his way multiple times to accommodate changes to my travel plans. I can't thank the host enough for going above and beyond and making my stay perfect.

The host changed our 3 night reservation to a 1 night reservation 2 days before Coachella without speaking to me about it! I have used VRBO to book at this exact place with a different host and I was so excited to stay here again. We had to book the remaining nights stay elsewhere for triple the price. I will never use this host again. Beware.

I truly understand your frustration, and I’m very sorry for the inconvenience caused. As shared earlier, I was affected by an unexpected war crisis, which limited my system access and forced this change. I informed you in advance so you wouldn’t arrive without a reservation, as the situation was completely beyond my control. Apologies again—this is not the experience I aim to provide.
