Perfect for work and relaxation, this space has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The space
You'll have the entire apartment to yourself—nearly 800 square feet of stylish, historic charm. With an open-concept living and dining area, plus a fully stocked kitchen, this retreat is perfect for both relaxing and work.

Guest access
Guests can access the apartment 24/7 via a smart touch keypad for easy, secure entry.

Guests should NOT enter through the front of the house- if coming from the street, please use the walkway to the left of the house to go to the rear patio and take the steps going down as shown in one of the photos.

Other things to note
* We take cleanliness seriously! After each reservation, the apartment is professionally cleaned using safe cleaning protocols, with extra care given to disinfecting frequently touched surfaces.

* As a basement apartment, taller guests should be aware that the ceilings are a bit lower than usual.

* For the comfort and safety of all guests, please no pets, smoking, or parties.

My second time staying in this Vrbo. Everything was great except the WiFi barely worked. Also, the hot water from the shower would fluctuate on its own which made It hard to stay warm. Besides that, still enjoyed my stay.

Convenient location for us, very clean and private, quiet. We appreciate the parking space. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Space was tiny but clean and nicely organized. I enjoyed the prompt communication with the host. Overall my bf and I enjoyed our stay.

This was perfectly as described. Very clean and cute. Tiny apartment perfect for 1 or 2 people. The bus stop was right out front. Everything was great, highly recommend.

This unit has an excellent location to the downtown Washington, DC area. It took about 20-30 minutes to drive into the main part of DC. The neighborhood was nice and felt safe. The neighbors were kind. We did truly appreciate having a specific parking spot. Be sure to follow the directions they give for parking, it makes more sense, when you are there. The apartment was nice overall. The bed was very firm and low to the floor. We did buy a mattress pillow topper, before sleeping the second night. I do know that some people like a very firm bed. The bedding was clean.
