AMAZING stay and location!!!!!

Not only was the accommodation itself perfect in every way, the location is unbeatable and the team was very kind and easy to communicate with. Highly highly highly recommend!!!!!!

Great place in snowmass

Great and spacious place right at the base. Unit was quiet and well stocked. Loved having in unit laundry and the hot tub was great. Would love to stay again if ever back in Aspen area.

Ultimate Snowmass location

Luxury apartment located on the Snowmass base mall just steps away from the village express lift. It doesn’t get any more convenient than this.

Amazing Resort

It was one of our best vacations. It was our first time in Snowmass. The condo was absolutely beautiful! It was so close to everything. You practically walk on the lifts. We will definitely stay there again!

Feb break at snowmass

Great location! Family of 5 loved every minute of our week at Hayden Lodge. Staying at the base of Snowmass was a lot of fun and so convenient for skiing. There is a ski locker on the first floor to store skis. Parking was under the building. Very quiet unit. The only noise was from the activity outside at the base.

Great Location

This condo was perfect for our group of six adults. We stayed in this same unit two years ago and really like the location. The living area is a bit crowded but totally manageable. It was so convenient to get dressed to ski in the condo and then just take the elevator down to the locker where our skis were stored. Then just a few steps and we were on the lift or the gondola. Only two minor complaints - the hot tub was warm, not hot. And the dials on the Village Express lift that tell temp and wind speed at the top were not working. They were the first time we stayed there and we found them to be quite helpful. Otherwise, a wonderful place to stay!

Amazing location!

Probably the best location in Snowmass! Amazing view of village express and skittle gondola. I have to agree with some of the other reviews on the cleanliness. There were stains on the duvet covers and throw pillows. And the unit just feels very “lived in”. Also the entry closet (the one with a broken off door handle) would have been great to use to store all of our ski gear, but it was full of cleaning supplies and smelled terribly bad of an old mop. We did have an issue with one of the showers not draining, but they came that day to fix. overall a great stay, but it could definitely use a little updating.

Terrible rental experience

There was no elevator service for the entire 10 days we were there. To reach our car was 10 flights of stairs each way. Garbage stacked the halls. Condo not particularly clean. Blinds so dusting you could write your name. Hair behind doors in bathroom. No ground support from anyone. Poor rental. Never again VRBO.

Milly, We are very sorry the elevator was not operating during your stay. Building management did everything they could to get it up and running again as soon as possible. This is the first time in 10 years that the elevator was not operational. It is fixed now. Our property management team is available 24/7 to respond to any issues or renter needs. All units are inspected for cleanliness after each rental. We did not hear anything from you regarding cleanliness issues during your stay. If we had we could have responded by sending a cleaning crew to rectify the situation. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay.

Best location!

This condo was easily able to accommodate five adults and an infant. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location is incredible! Every room has an amazing Mountain View! It is just steps away from restaurants, ski lifts, shops and the gondola to the mall. Both the skiers and those who did not ski commented on how convenient the location was. The property was clean and stocked with the necessities. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. We had only two suggestions: provide more beverage glasses in the kitchen (we understand that over time some have probably been broken) and more comfortable chairs for dining. Thank you for a wonderful time in Snowmass!

Great location and perks

We really enjoyed this property for its location and amenities. Easy to restaurants and up to the mall and ski lift. Nice ski locker and hot tub. We did rent a car and were given access to the private parking spot for Hayden lodge residents- which was really nice. We had some issues with the door key access which the property manager quickly resolved. We also asked for some regular blankets as the condo is individually owned and not stocked by a common entity- unfortunately -these we never saw. So we were left with the top comforters and sheet. Besides being too hot - the comforters are not washable and during covid felt regular blankets should have been made available. Also a note for those shopping before getting to the condo- there were cleaning supplies and detergent for the washer , dryer and dishwasher- which were great- and there were filters for the coffee maker- but no items to cook with like salt, pepper or spices - or things like foil. There were a limited supply of drinking glasses-4 and only 3 high ball glasses and the blender didn’t work- and no strainer if you are planning on pasta. Other than that there were adequate dishes, wine glasses, coffee mugs and pots and pans to accommodate the condos ability to sleep 8 - with 2 on the pull out couch. Lots of extra pillows in the closets. We enjoyed staying here and would definitely do so again. Hopefully the owners will fix the glass inventory and provide blankets in the future.
