Tucked away in an exclusive enclave, this townhome offers a prime location near skiing, snowboarding, and public transit. Take a walk to the gondola, or enjoy a free looping daytime shuttle in the winter months. Steamboat Resort is located a half-mile away, while the slopes of Howelsen Hill are within 4 miles. In the summer months, drive to Fish Creek Falls for an array of scenic hiking trails. After your outdoor adventures, head downtown for some pampering at Old Town Hot Springs. Treat yourself to a massage, then take your pick from eight hot spring pools.

This stunning home boasts over 2,000 square feet of luxurious living space across three floors. On the second floor, a large open living space features vaulted ceilings and plenty of comfy seating. Enjoy the warm ambience of the gas fireplace with a striking floor-to-ceiling stone hearth while you watch a movie on the TV. The chef in your group will appreciate the gourmet kitchen with lovely light wood cabinets, stainless steel appliances, a double sink, and ample counter space for meal preparation. When it's time to eat, gather around the dinner table or perch at the kitchen bar.

After a day of fun-filled excursions, take a dip in the hot tub or heated pool. Or continue the fun outside and play a game on the tennis courts in the summer. Once you've worked up an appetite, head to the private balcony to grill dinner and dine alfresco on the expansive deck.

Perfect - Beautiful home/excellent Location

We had the best time in your beautiful condo. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds we comfortable and fit the 6 of us easily. Having so many bathrooms was also a plus. We loved the local restaurant Happy Hours and enjoyed our float down the Yampa River. We will definitely be back! Oh...and the pool and Hot Tub were GREAT! We fell in love with Steamboat and your condo made everything so PERFECT!

Perfect spot in steamboat

We loved the space in this unit. Bedrooms on 3 levels kept us spread out and it is a large 4 bedroom home. The spacious kitchen has everything you need to make meals for the family. Great location to ski or ride the bus to town.

Great location! Great management!

The property was clean and inviting. It’s in a great location near the slopes and next to the hot tub. The pool key wasn’t in the condo but the management company brought a new one over in <20 minutes.

Great location for a mountain getaway!

Property was beautiful (just as pictured), and the location was terrific! Well stocked kitchen. Across the drive from the small pool and tennis courts. No AC in the unit, so the upstairs did get hot during they day, but plenty of fans to help cool it off at night.

Beautiful condo with pool and hot tub.

It was a great home however it was HOT! No AC and the temps inside the house got up to 90 degrees! It would have been nice to have AC or something also for a family of 8 going to the pool and showering extra towels would have been nice.

Great get-a-way

great property, clean overall, and quiet. The pool, hot tub and tennis courts were unexpectedly nice and we used everyday. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. The only comment is the trash in the garage had no been taken out by cleaning crew or previous renters, so we had to do this and took several trips. Also the grill on the deck had not been cleaned in sometime so took us while to clean enough to where it would even light. ( we grilled everyday ). I recommend and am sure we will be back.

Great home in a great location

Plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was stocked well enough for us to make most meals at home. Great that each bedroom has its own bathroom, offers a lot of privacy. Also nice if you were able to do the stairs that there were bedrooms on every level. The weather was beautiful, and there is a very large outdoor deck. I would have liked to have some comfortable furniture to sit on so we could've spent more time outside. There was a small table with four chairs. The pool, hot tub, and pickle ball court were wonderful. We would definitely recommend this property and would return again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was wonderful except the heat and a broken hairdryer that electrocuted my wife. The heat probably isnt normally a problem and its worth dealing with for a few hours a day to have the big windows. The hairdryer plug was broken though and electrocuted my wife when she went to unplug it.

Awesome ski rental for 8 people in Steamboat!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Awesome stay in this condo. Convenient shuttle to gondola every morning. Perfect layout for our group of 8! Management company was very attentive. Broken coffee maker was replaced and a beeping carbon dioxide meter was take care of immediately when notified. Only minor complaint would be that it's difficult to control the temperature in the unit and it ended up getting very hot in the living room and upstairs a few days. We opened a few windows and that helped a lot. Thanks for a great stay!

Big and comfortable

This is a nice, spacious 3-story townhouse in a quiet development. Seven of us -- including 3 kids 12 and under -- stayed there in an extended family trip. Lots of room to spread out, places to both interact and to get some privacy. The pool is small and shallow -- only goes to 5 feet depth -- but was uncrowded. Steamboat condos generally don't have AC but this place w its huge western-facing 2-story windows certainly could have used it during the new summer temperatures of climate change Colorado. There was a mixture of thoughtful stocking of the place -- tennis racket and balls to play on the court outside -- and odd omissions, like our inability to find potholders. Still, management was constantly, albeit unobtrusively, checking in with us, their communication was excellent, and the space was great.

February 2024 Ski vacation.

First, the positive. The condo is spacious, clean, and close enough to slopes to walk for access. It was very close to the hot tub for après ski. Now the negative. The fireplace did not work despite it being serviced both prior to our arrival as well as once during our stay. At this price point, things should be in good working order. The dryer knob broke off rendering our laundry unusable. We “placed a ticket” with the management company with 4 days left in our stay, but no service was performed to repair the laundry while we were there. Both of these problems are likely to be fixed for the next guest.

Poorly managed / maintained

Very poor experience. Management company was non responsive with significant issues (broken window covered by plywood, floors and showers were disgusting, fireplace didn’t work, mattresses were terrible). Bottom line….great location but poorly managed and maintained. Reached out to management company multiple times over the course of the week with same reply each time, “ I apologize for the delay caused in resolving this, but we do not have any update from the local staff at the moment.”

6 min walk to the gondola

Great for large groups. Note bunk room beds and queen bed on the first floor are probably ok for kids but not comfortable for adults. Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. Plenty of hot water and heat worked well. No garage door openers.

AWESOME PLACE!! Wonderful Retreat!

Very Clean and spacious. Comfy beds and had everything we needed to cook a nice meal. Great pool & Hot Tub right out your door. Please note this place does NOT have air conditioning. We had to use fans, but didn`t stay inside during the day. It would of been too hot. It did cool down at night. Great location

Loved the location in Steamboat, and the townhome neighborhood + the unit was located right across from the pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Only complaint was that the unit had stained linens and towels- had to wash them to be sure they were not dirty. I’m assuming that the property mgmt company would have replaced them if we had asked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We found the condo to be nice with ample room for relaxing. It was a good location and easy to access downtown (10 mins away) and the river.
