I reached out to the host and Pensacola Properties(the management company) and response was very slow to nonexistent. The actual condo was great. We would stay there again knowing we need to contact VRBO directly as they were very quick with responses.

We were on the 7th floor and saw the beach, but they were doing beach restoration; many big bulldozers, 4wheelers, large pipe covering the beach.Our room was clean but the one bathroom needs some attention on the bathtub-very outdated, the door wouldn't slide and it was clogged up. very stained. Pool and hottub are fine but the outdoor bathroom is all the way on the other side of the 1st floor.

Righ on the beach

We enjoyed our stay in Sans Sochi, right on the beach! Beautiful views from the balcony! Nice watching the sunsets on the beach and then relaxing in the hot tub!

Our stay was decent. The coffee pot needs to be replaced, it’s nasty! The iron is broken so that needs to be replaced. The area rugs are disgusting, the bathrooms need a deep clean.

Vacation for 2

The second time we stayed at this property and we love how convenient it is to the beach and it’s not crowded. We got to explore some more of the good food and definitely look forward to staying again and even more special. We got to see the blue angels fly over one afternoon.

We had a great stay! The rooms were comfortable. The view of the ocean was spectacular. The quick elevator down to the beach was excellent. The only thing I could possible suggest are black out curtains for the bedrooms.

Great place for families

This is a great property for families/groups of four to six people. The view from the top floor was incredibly and access to the beach from the building is great. The location is convenient to many great restaurants, outdoor activities, and other attractions. Check-in was a breeze, communication was great, and the property was exactly as described. I highly recommend Sans Souci number 705.

Emergency Trip!

The condo was just as we expected it to be! We were able to book fast which helped us out a lot as this was an emergency trip! Clean, A/C was cold, beds were comfortable…no complaints at all! View was fantastic! Would definitely stay again! The communication with the property manger was excellent! We were even able to check in early!
