The elevators were broken the first weekend we arrived leaving us to carry luggage and groceries up multiple flights of stairs. This was extremely inconvenient for my mother who is in her 70s. The cleanliness of the condo was subpar. The linens were dingy, the fans/AC vent returns were dusty, the headboards for the beds were not clean. The dishwasher and fridge leaked water. Overall, loved the location of the condo; however, I am not pleased with the condition of the condo.

Get a way with Mom and friend.

Very nice and roomy. Close to everything. Peg leg Pete’s across the road. Very short walk to beach. We had a great time. We were looking for something with not a lot of walking with my mother who is 82. She could easily get to and from the beach. Very nice to have the complimentary chairs and umbrella and the guy was super nice who set them up. We had a great stay.

Quick vacation getaway

The property was clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance (a little over a mile) to restaurants. We were far enough from the crowds so the beach was enjoyable and not overwhelmed with people everywhere. I would definitely stay there again!

Great location

Very nice unit. Tastefully decorated with a relaxing feel. Bedrooms had wonderful views. It is a corner unit and located next to stairwell and rubbish drop so times you could hear noise however nighttime was mostly quiet. We had daily chair and umbrella service which was awesome (and needed!). The only downside we found was it would have been nice to have a hightop table and chairs on the balcony to watch the waves so the railing did not obstruct our view and maybe a Kurig instead of coffee pot. But not a deterrent. We loved the location of this property. It's away from the hub and closer to Fort Pickens and look forward to returning in the near future.

Pensacola Dive Trip

We couldn’t stay here because of the two hurricanes that blew in back to back; but, the owners were very understanding and very nice to deal with. We will definitely reserve this property again later this year.

The appliances like coffee maker was not working The bathroom switch was sort of loose and dangerous to operate for one of the bathroom.The property should provide basic facilities like dry rack and proper utensils for making basic food

Perfect location!

We loved the condo. It was very spacious and the views were amazing. We loved that the parking was reserved for the unit we were staying in and it was very close to the elevators. The only problem we had was the door entry pad on day two. We called the management office and it took them awhile to come. Turns out the batteries needed to be replaced.

This property is so beautiful! We couldn’t get over the amazing gulf views from BOTH bedrooms and the living room balcony view! Being so close to the beach and the pool was perfect for the kids. Definitely will return!

Beachfront Perfection!

We love this property. Me, my husband and 2 year old stayed for 5 nights and it was exactly what we wanted. Directly on the beach with private access, no crowds, perfect blue water! The condo was exactly as pictured, clean and the closet of beach accessories was perfect! Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived. I loved the beach views from every window! The pool was never crowded and the location of this unit was perfect. Just far enough away from the boardwalk but everything was super accessible. Management was great and super responsive. I will book this place anytime we go back to Pensacola!

Lovely Family Beach Condo

We enjoyed our stay very much. Friendly interactions with property management. It was clean and comfortable, and the rooms were spacious. Great ocean views and lots of windows in all rooms. Comfortable beds. Beautiful beach and good beach gear available in the room which was appreciated. Our only disappointment was that the pool water was too cold for our family to swim even though it was 70 degrees outside and sunny. The hot tub was hot, but crowded with small children and as a result pretty dirty throughout our stay, so not a place we wanted to spend a lot of time. But we made up for it with time on the beach, so it worked out fine. Would stay again!

Ocean (Gulf) Paradise

Fourth time staying at this property and each time it gets better! The unit was clean, stocked and very spacious for 4 ladies! Having a washer/dryer was handy. TVs in every room was great for late night watchers. Proximity to the beach couldn’t be better. Peg Leg’s was our go to most nights. Great food, service and live music!

Great stay. Only thing missing was usable beach. There is very little usable beach in front of the condo complex. Not your problem to solve but I was shocked compared to times we’ve stayed in San Souci in previous years.

Great place!

Sans Souci 209 was better than expected! The rooms were big, with a pullout couch in the Master (where my kids slept....they didn't have to share a bed!), everything that was needed in the kitchen, a stackable washer/dryer, and a closet full of beach chairs, umbrella's, and beach toys. The parking is awesome and there are carts to use for groceries, luggage, or whatever. The beach is literally steps away, as well as the pool. It's a wonderful, clean place with a great location. We will definitely be back!
