Perfect Place to Relax

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The location is great, close to restaurants and entertainment. The condo itself is comfortable and inviting. The outdoor furniture is great for relaxing as you enjoy the sounds and views of the ocean. The property manager is great to work with and very friendly. We look forward to coming back here again soon!

Lovely

Nice location. Easy Access to the beach. The balcony furniture was so comfortable. The Local Steamer is located across the street and it is WONDERFUL.

Wonderful Condo

Wonderfully laid out condo with all the comforts of home. Loved the views from the balcony while sitting on the comfortable furniture. Karen was a pleasure to work with and was very helpful with any questions I had. Will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Panama City Beach.

Graduation festivities

The balcony was big and comfy, that was my favorite spot, the condo had everything that's stated, sitting directly on the beach. The only thing I didn't like was the wait time for the elevators, other than that, we really enjoying our stay!!!!

Great location, family friendly, excellent view

Access to beach super convenient. Great pools! Sofa bed, glass patio door and dryer were the only downfalls. Unit was clean when we arrived. Great access to elevator. Kids loved the bunk beds. Master bed very comfortable and great beach view!

Great condo on the beach. The owners have put a lot of effort into making their home comfortable and inviting. Comfy beds, lots of seating and a great outdoor sofa and chair set. What made our trip truly outstanding was Karen the house manager. Excellent communication and advice before and throughout our stay, checking in frequently to make sure we were ok as the storm came in. Her customer service, in combination with the facilities made this a fab PBC mini break. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place but the cleaners need to learn how to scrub

Overall we had a good time but the grout in the shower in the master bedroom hasn’t been cleaned properly in a long time. There was also black mold around the tub shower from lack of scrubbing and also around the sink in the kitchen. The property is nice and deserves better housekeeping

The condo was not as I expected. The place was not dusted at all. The king mattress was covered in urine stains. I realize we were at the beach but I expected the furniture to be vacuumed as well. We left a day early.

Nice condo

Condo was nice. Needs some minor repairs and deep cleaning. There is mold in the tub/shower and on some parts of ceiling. Beware if you are tall. The ceilings are very low in the showers and the sinks are oddly short. There is no where to put your shampoo/soap in the master shower. A cheap shower caddy would solve that problem. No hand towels at all, which was also strange. Only two sets of towels, wash cloths per bathroom.The complex is nice and the beach was not overly crowded. We paid to rent the beach chairs and the are very close to your neighbors. We had people smoking and smoking weed next to us which was gross. The balcony has two club chairs and a sofa.

This condo was absolutely incredible! The room itself was clean, well stocked with everything you need for your stay, and the condo building has everything — pools, easy beach access, coffee shop, bar with food and entertainment, and a gift shop. We’ve stayed at two other buildings in PCB and this was by far our favorite. We didn’t even have any issues with the elevators! We also got to meet the host’s daughter and SIL when they came to fix a shower rod and they gave us some really awesome food recommendations. Such kind and helpful folks. I would absolutely stay with this host again. Thank you for such a memorable trip for our little family.

Nice and convenient property.

We thoroughly enjoyed the condo. It was clean, in good shape, sufficiently stocked w/towels, kitchen equipment and even had beach chairs and various beach toys. Location was decent; convenient/walking distance from a few restaurants with souvenir shopping and a mini store across the street!

Layout was perfect

Great location! Close to Walmart and pier park many restaurants within walking distance. This was also my favorite layout of a condo I’ve ever stayed in. We were happy to see plenty of extra pillows and linens for beds. Could use a deeper cleaning occasionally. Also the smoke detectors were still missing as previously stated in other reviews. Also missing towel racks and a broken dining room chair when we arrived.

No fire alarms in condo, condo not clean on arrival.

The condo is in a great location and fully stocked. On arrival on Sunday we noticed that the kitchen door was Filthy, Which I cleaned very easily. The AC vents were are all black and appeared possibly to be mold. The a/c filter was filthy and looked like it was not changed in over a year. There were no fire detectors on the wall. When we asked the owner to address the issues she told us to stop texting her. We told her we would call the fire marshal to report that there are no fire detector’s. The owner said she was working her job and could not not do anything at that time. She did send back the cleaning person but they did not clean any of the black mold from any of the vents. On Tuesday the owner sent batteries and a/c filters for us to change things ourself. The fire alarms that were found in the kitchen draw were so old that they would not work. Again we reached out to the owner and told her we were not looking for a credit but would like her to make thinks right. On Wednesday a handy man came over to put up new fire and carbon monoxide detectors up. As the nice handyman was there we found out there was a previous fire in that unit. I don’t understand why these were not in place prior to my arrival knowing that a previous fire has happened. My cousin lost her best friend in fire and watched his body be brought out. So if your wondering why we were so worried this is it. If the owner would get a personal to manage this unit right it would be great.

September Beach Trip

Had a great time. There were a few miscues when we arrived , but they were quickly resolved with a call to contact. Master bath shower has no shelf for soap/shampoo so bring caddy. Furnishings were as advertised. All in all a very nice place to stay!

Amazing

Everything was perfect. The condo was exactly as detailed like the pictures. Very clean, perfect location and accessible. We really enjoyed our stay. The view from the balcony and the master bedroom was breathtaking. The condo was well equipped and the decor was tasteful and fitting. Our family will definitely book this one again.
