Large table with two leafs to make it even larger. Includes 6 padded chairs.

King Bed - Beautyrest Hybrid, individual pocketed coils to isolate movement and Plush memory foam for pressure points, cooling cover for comfortable sleep. high quality waterproof mattress protector. encased in bed bug level encasement and clean linens. It has an adjustable base with a control to raise the head.

Private fence line in the back, private culdesac in front within Northcrest addition.
The neighborhood is located right next to highway 69. There are many different ways to get to and out of this neighborhood. There is a super Walmart and a bus stop within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and being on a culdesac also helps minimize traffic directly in front of the home.

The layout of this home has been optimized for open space. The refrigerator and pantry are tucked outside of the living space and the enclosed porch provides additional living space on top of the the first and basement floors!
5ft fence provides security and a place for your pet to enjoy the stay. All the amenities of a complete home. Appliances: convection microwave, dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, electric dryer.
No smoking inside. Currently does not have a couch, tv, dressers or other things you may be accustomed to; coming soon.
