Welcome to Blue Heron Oar’asis by Clear Trail Properties, your riverfront escape built for adventure, relaxation, and year-round fun. Paddle straight from your backyard or spend your days exploring nearby trails and slopes. This is your all-season basecamp in Wausau.

✔ Sleeps up to 8 guests across 3 private queen bedrooms (no shared spaces) + 1 full sleeper sofa
✔ 3 kayaks + 1 canoe included. Launch directly from the property, no rentals needed

Additional fees & requirements:

✔ Rental Agreement & ID Verification. A signed rental agreement and a valid ID upload from the booking guest are required.
✔ Security Deposit Hold. A $500 hold will be placed as a refundable security deposit.
✔ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out. Available upon request, pending availability. Each is offered for a $30 fee and must be arranged in advance.
✔ Additional Guests. $5 per night for each guest beyond 6.

Starter pack of essentials included:

✔ 2 rolls of toilet paper
✔ 1 roll of paper towels
✔ 1 box of Kleenex

Important Note: The garage is reserved for owner use and isn’t available to guests during your stay.

The home was very nice and had everything we needed. We were a little disappointed to learn that the hot tub was not working. Had we known sooner, we would probably have tried to change our reservations but there wasn't enough time to make that happen.
