This is the perfect place to stay for my long-term visit to Chula Vista. I was helping family during the day, and it was so nice to come back to Marisol's place and relax in the evening. I had everything I needed; the studio was well arranged, clean, comfortable and relaxing. Communicating with Marisol was very easy, and she always responded promptly. The location is great, you have easy access to 805, Ralph’s grocery store and CVS are not far and there are plenty of restaurants easy to get to. I will be staying here again.

At the time of reserving through the Vrbo App, when you enter the number of guests stay overnight you would be available to see the correct amount to be paid.

Could perhaps evaluate mattress comfort and reduce noise reduction from wall to wall. Soecific instructions to get to side gate location to make it easier. Open space inside and and reliable easy access to get inside.

Mattress will be evaluated. Instruccion to get to side gate will be revised. Noice through walls, when you staying in a single unit home consider that walls are not design as hotel walls, family life style noices should expect during the day. Thank you
