Located in a quiet neighborhood in Mission Valley, this newly renovated Studio is a dream. With a serene atmosphere and wonderful features including tableware for 4, an induction stove, mini fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and toaster oven, it offers the perfect getaway for guests. The 400 square foot upstairs unit also includes a spacious living room, large windows that provide a canyon view and breeze, queen bed, desk with chair, and table for dining. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, refreshing shower, and towels. Stay connected with free WiFi and enjoy the convenience and luxury of heating and AC.

The Studio is located above the garage, which is not used for parking and is used primarily for storage. There is a separate entrance to the Studio away from access to the main home.

Whether you're exploring the vibrant city or simply unwinding in this peaceful retreat, our property promises a delightful stay. We look forward to hosting you at our place.

One of the best stays I’ve experienced. Host was welcoming, studio provided everything I needed. Parking was easy and super safe. Every aspect was superb. Loved the showers and the stovetop. Would definitely stay again. Very cozy, spacious, and comfortable.

Host was very responsive. Nice cozy place to lay low away from the buzz of the city. Does get cold or hot depending on the weather but the host has adequate remedies for that in the form of fan, space heater, and A/C unit. Parking isn’t bad either considering it’s in a neighborhood. Would recommend.

Nice studio in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Very close to shopping/dining/attractions. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. The bed was comfy and the kitchen fully stocked with dishes, cups, silverware, etc. I had a very enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again.

Great location for us

Very clean and also a comfortable bed. Parking is on the street, but always available. Centrally located, everything is 15 mins away. Great hosts.

Spacious, comfortable, clean and convenient

Abby's place is great. Newly remodeled, and nicely decorated and the studio apartment is very large. Abbey and her husband were the best hosts and would help with anything we needed. The location is only 15-25 minutes from most areas of interest in the city. We would stay here again without a doubt.
