Your spacious getaway awaits in the Round Top area at this fantastic farmhouse. With 4 bedrooms including 1 king, 2 queen, and 2 twin beds, this tranquil retreat offers a peaceful escape for guests. The 3 bathrooms come equipped with all the essentials to ensure a comfortable stay. Our ranch house is equipped for both long and short stays to make your visit one to remember. Recently renovated, this ranch house is a spacious 4-bedroom, three full bathroom, single story home situated on a 68-acre working ranch located between the towns of Shelby and Industry Texas. It is ideally situated near Round Top (12 miles), Fayetteville (9 miles), Industry (6 miles), Shelby (4 miles), LaGrange (25 miles), New Ulm (11 miles), Brenham (21 miles) and Bellville (21 miles). This location is an easy drive to everything this region has to offer. Enjoy the peaceful overlook of meadowland and pastures from the front porch. Beyond the back porch sitting area is a lighted BBQ and picnic space ready for your outdoor entertainment. The ranch house has a spacious kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials and all new appliances. The open dining room and living room area includes a smart LCD TV, with an app that allows viewing all local Houston TV stations plus all the usual streaming services. A soundbar with Bluetooth is also provided. High Speed internet via Wi-Fi is available throughout the home. The location is very quiet except for an occasional cow mooing and has a great view of the starry skies on clear nights.

The house was beautiful nice size furnished well have all of their accommodations that we wanted. The only thing we would suggest is full length mirrors, and all the bedrooms, even just a level one from Walmart and more washcloths, but other than that, it was gorgeous was equipped with everything you would want, including extra coffee and water we will stay again next year for spring break

We had such a great stay at the Meadow View Ranch House! The living areas are spacious as well as the bedrooms. Beds & pillows are comfortable. We were most impressed with how clean everything was! The owner was so nice & accommodating. We would love to stay again sometime!

Meadow View Ranch was a great home away from home for our stay during the antique show. The house is conveniently located 15 min from downtown Round Top. We enjoyed beautiful Texas sunsets from the porch each night. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Nelson was responsive to anything that we needed. Looking forward to coming back.
