This home is located in one of my favorite areas of New Orleans — a quiet, residential neighborhood that’s still incredibly close to everything. You’re just minutes from the French Quarter, Frenchmen Street, and the Bywater/Marigny, but you also get the peace and calm of a local community.
I chose this neighborhood because it offers authentic New Orleans charm without the tourist crowds, and it's perfect for families or groups who want to be close to the action without sacrificing space, privacy, or safety. You’ll hear birds in the morning, not Bourbon Street at night — and that’s a win in my book!
