They may need brief access to the backyard during your stay, but your comfort and privacy are always a priority. Hot tub use will be fully coordinated with you to ensure guests have private, uninterrupted access whenever desired.
We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do your own.
This is a non-smoking home.
No open flames or candles are allowed on the property.
Please no shoes or pets in the house (unless permission given).
No events or parties are permitted.
Please respect a courtesy quiet hour from 9 pm - 8 am for our neighbors.
Only guests who are on the original booking can access the pool and hot tub. No additional guests to stay overnight.
Pool/Hot Tub Hours 11am-8pm (Remember Hot Tub is open All year long, however Pool is only open from Mid May - End of August. Hot Tub and pool is share with lower occupants when they are occupying unit.
All children must be accompanied when in yard with pool and hot tub. Child proof gates must be fully closed after entry and exit.
