I’m disappointed to read this review, especially given the efforts I made to address your concerns during your stay. You arrived at 11:38 p.m. and let me know that you believed the A/C was not working properly. Within about 30 minutes, I arranged and paid for a hotel room for you, and I also refunded you the difference in cost. I did this because I wanted to make sure you and your family were comfortable, even though I had not yet been able to determine the cause of the issue. The following morning, an A/C technician inspected the A/C at approximately 9:00 a.m. and confirmed that the A/C was operating properly and there was nothing wrong with it, and that the house was 70 degrees. They also indicated that, based on the conditions, they did not believe the house could have gone from 94 to 70 degrees by 9:00 a.m. Regardless, I chose to take your concern at face value and make sure you had a comfortable place to stay. I also offered a late checkout of 1:00 p.m. to make up for the inconvenience. When you mentioned that your daughter wanted to go to the beach, I extended that offer and said you could stay until 5:00 p.m. I understand that you were unhappy with the experience, and I’m sorry that you felt your concerns were not adequately addressed. I genuinely did my best to resolve the situation and accommodate your family, and I’m disappointed that those efforts were not reflected in your review.
