Quick and easy getaway to San Antonio! Communication with host was timely. Stay was nice & clean - especially appreciated the little yet thoughtful touches throughout. Location was ideal for checking out Pearl and other local stops. Would stay again!

Totally loved staying here, loved the decor and colors. My family loved the quiet, safe and tranquil neighborhood and being a short walking distance from the Pearl and the Riverwalk. We really appreciated all the commodities that came with staying here especially the notebook that had the listing of restaurants and food trucks within close distance to choose from. Thank you again and will definitely be back again for another visit.

Laura was a great guest! She was very understanding about a City of San Antonio emergency utility line issue in front of the property that was loud and continued until about 2 AM. It would be our pleasure to host her again!!!!

The property was very clean modern and well appointed. I especially loved having inside access to the garage and was overjoyed to learn it boasts a 240v outlet for my EV. The location was perfect for all Pearl, Tobin Hill, St Mary’s Strip and Downtown attractions yet amazingly quiet and private.

Great host! Great location! Our group decided to visit San Antonio for the first time. This unit was located in the Pearl district. It was located about 0.2 miles from the San Antonio river and just under 2 mile walk along the River to the Riverwalk proper area. There are a ton of restaurants within walking distance. Our host, Rick & Dee were great. The unit had everything and they routinely checked in on us. The unit was exceptionally clean and virtually brand new. I would highly recommend you take a serious look at this unit if you are considering a trip to San Antonio.
