Inside, you’ll find inviting living spaces, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable bedrooms designed with your stay in mind. The home features 3 bedrooms - king bed, queen bed, (2) twins, and an air mattress, along with 2.5 baths, offering plenty of room for everyone.
Outside, enjoy a large yard ideal for unwinding or playtime with the kids. The home is tucked in a friendly neighborhood less than a mile from Old Town Bluffton, where you can stroll to the waterfront, boutique shops, art galleries, and delicious local restaurants.

Nestled along the banks of the stunning May River, Bluffton is truly a place like no other. It’s ideally located between the historic charm of Savannah, Georgia and the breathtaking beaches of Hilton Head Island—giving you the best of both worlds.
From the moment we first visited Bluffton, we felt right at home. The sweeping oak trees, the slow southern pace, and the warm, welcoming spirit of this town immediately captured our hearts. That’s the feeling we hope you’ll experience too during your stay.
Bluffton offers something for everyone—delicious restaurants, unique art galleries, quaint shops, and scenic walks under the canopy of ancient oaks. It’s a blend of timeless Southern charm and modern convenience, all wrapped up in one incredibly special place.

Bluffton Park is filled with a variety of amenities and one of our favorites is the community pool. The pool is nestled between 5th Ave and 7th Ave.
Access to the pool is easy. You will be provided with a key fob for your use during the stay.
While visiting our community, you can also spend time in Oscar Frazier Park equipped with multiple baseball fields, a 2,200 square-foot splash pad park, and a huge playground.
There are also miles of walking and biking trails that wind through the community and areas beyond. We love strolling the continuous side walks and the close proximity to Old Town Bluffton.
