We had an adult trip to Georgetown! House was in great location for us to walk to dinner on front street. House was clean and perfect for a weekend getaway!

We loved our stay here! Convenient walk to all the shops and restaurants downtown. Clean and spacious property with a fenced in yard!

we were there to run the race and it was perfect location for those not running to watch us go by. Perfect location to walk to restaurants, shops, and more.

Very nice house!! Lots of room for 4 couples. We stayed here during the Georgetown Boat show. Best attribute: location to downtown Georgetown. Huge master suite but 2 of the bedroom were small. Lack of place to hang clothes. Kitchen wea great. Dining and living room were good. We stayed out in the rear porch for fun conversations. Highly recommend!

2nd stay

This was our second stay at the Oaks. We have family that we visit in Georgetown, but since growing our family, it has been harder to stay with others during our visits. It is great to have our own place that is pet-friendly! We love being close to downtown to walk for ice cream, dinner, or just for the views. We've now enjoyed Christmas and the 4th at the Oaks and will be staying again soon.

The Oaks - Home Away from Home

Love the Oaks! We spent 6 weeks and just had the best time. Peace Vacation management was timely and excellent on helping with two minor issues. Hope to spend 8 weeks next year.

Thank you for allowing my family and I to come together staying in this home to commemorate a momentous occasion, celebrating my dad's 85th birthday. The home was the perfect spot, spacious, and beautiful! I will definitely stay again and recommend to all my family and friends. Again thank you!

The Oaks

We have family in Georgetown that we usually stay with, but our family has grown. It was so nice to have our own space! I was impressed with the available kitchen items that made cooking easier. The house is older so just expect to overcome some doors that don't hit all the way or creaking floors. This was expected by us and not an issue. We loved the location and being able to walk downtown. The fact that this rental is dog friendly is what sold us! The yard was great and my kids loved riding their bikes on the garage slab. We'd love to stay here again!

Staying at The Oaks was great! Couldn’t have asked for a better place. We had 6 adults and one child, and there was plenty of space for everyone. It never felt like we were on top of each other at any point. The beds were comfy, everything was clean & tidy, communication with the host was easy—they even provided us with an air mattress before we got to the house for our son to sleep on. We felt right at home. And the location was everything! Walking distance to local restaurants & shops, and basically a straight shot & short drive to anywhere else we needed to go to. The backyard was totally fenced in and peaceful. The house sits on a calm street in a quiet neighborhood. Easy to follow check in/out & house rules. Would love to go back in the future, and highly recommend to anyone else!
