3 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom With Dock!

Honey's Hideaway Cottage is located on The St. Lawrence River in Goose Bay, 10 minutes outside of Alexandria Bay, NY. The cottage is about 90 miles north of Syracuse .
This is a great place to get away for a weekend or spend a week vacationing with your family and friends. The Cottage is available May-October

This cottage is completely furnished, including a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric stove with oven, microwave, toaster, toaster oven, coffee pot, keurig, dishes, glassware, cookware and silverware, dish soap, dish towels, pot holders, 2 rolls of Paper towels, 4 rolls of toilet paper, 2 lg clear garbage bags and 4 kitchen trash bags are provided. Guest must bring their own sheets, bath towels & any other supplies needed.

The cottage has wifi available and Firestick T.V. There is a Fire pit, Grill and picnic table outside.

Dock your boat at the dock in front of the cottage. Fishing right from the dock.
Boat among the 1864 various islands. Experience the world class walleye, small and large mouth bass, northern pike, and musky. Flyboarding, water skiing, sailing, wind surfing, tubing, kayaking are just some of the activities available in the area. Travel to 2 famous castles, Boldt Castle and Singer Castle by private boat or tour boat. Historic museums and attractions.
You and your guests will enjoy using 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open concept living room kitchen with beautiful cathedral ceilings. The cottage boasts numerous windows to enjoy the spectacular views of the waterfront, air conditioning, ships passing through the channel, or various wildlife. After touring the area and enjoying the many activities you can close the evening sitting by a campfire at the outdoor fire pit.
The water off the dock is deep water and can accommodate your boat. The cottage has it's own well and does not draw it's water from the river giving an endless supply of excellent water for drinking, bathing and every purpose.

Wonderful cabin! Absolutely beautiful view by the deck and from inside the cabin/house. Adirondack chairs by fire pit was terrific! Lots to do in Alexandria & Clayton, Hammond. We can’t express how great the owner was! We will be coming back with our husbands !

Great Cottage on Goose Bay

Rental was just as expected from reading previous reviews. Owners were responsive and the rental was clean & well equipped. It is in a nice location. Great Place!

We had su h a great long weekend at Honeys hideaway ! Tara and chuck were wonderful hosts and went above and beyond to make sure our family was comfortable ! Very clean and spacious little spot. Would love to visit again

Anniversary trip

Alexandria Bay is an absolute treasure. Every Pearson we met was extremely friendly and helpful, there are multiple excellent restaurants, and Tara and Chuck are amazing hosts. Couldn’t be happier with the entire experience.

Relaxing river retreat

My husband, mother in law and I had a wonderful time here! Very peaceful place on the water, with beautiful sunsets! We enjoyed a cozy fire each evening. We will be back.

Fantastic Stay in Redwood

Tara was an incredible host. She responded quickly to every message, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable in every way. The property and cottage are absolutely gorgeous! It was about as private as a lakefront cottage can be, and incredibly quiet and tranquil. The location was fantastic- a short drive in either direction gave you many options for things to do. I would absolutely stay here again!

Perfect Location

I can’t imagine a better location. While my family fished all day, I was able to safely relax, go for walks, and roam the local area. The house was quaint, the dock was perfect, and the proximity to the boat launch and downtowns areas made this property ideal. Thank you to Tara and Chuck for being welcoming and responsive to boot!

Beautiful and Relaxing

This was a picture perfect place to stay for a week. Beautiful sunsets. Fishing off the dock. Tara, the owner, was wonderful. My son, mom, sister and I had so much fun and relaxed with a fire almost every night. I like that it's a ranch cottage. The neighbors were nice too.

Rented this cottage for four nights, the first week of June. Property is very clean and well maintained and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s in a beautiful location right on Goose Bay. Caught several fish right from the dock. Owners, Chuck and Tara, are very friendly and go above and went above and beyond to make our stay very comfortable.

Amazing stay!!

Amazing 3 day holiday weekend in Alexandria Bay!! There was 4 of us...Mother, daughter, sister and our 85 year old Auntie!! Tara was quick to respond to all my questions. The cottage was clean with a well equipped kitchen with everything we needed for a few homemade meals. The views of the river and the colors of the fall foliage were spectacular from the picture windows and front decks! A mini vacation with so many wonderful memories made! Thank you so much for everything 💙

Peacefully Beautiful Location

The location is so lovely. If you are looking to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place! We visited in late September and the temperature was warm during the day and cooler at night for sleeping. We fished off the dock every day and went into town for a few nice dinners. Tara and Chuck are wonderful owners, friendly and very accommodating. The house has very nice sized kitchen, living room and dining room with spectacular views. The three bedrooms and bathroom are on the smaller side, so take note if that's important to you. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends.

Beautiful Property with fantasic owners!

The cottage was just as described! Even though the neighbors were close by it was a very quiet area and everyone was so friendly, we also enjoyed the visits from the 4 legged neighbors. Tara was wonderful from start to finish and checked in on us but was never invasive! She offered us the use of her kayak, cornhole, and ladder ball as well! Had a campfire every morning and night while enjoying the amazing view that this cottage had to offer! Close to A Bay but just far enough to feel secluded. We highly recommend this beautiful place to anyone!
