Welcome to your luxury lakefront escape in the heart of Osoyoos. This top-floor penthouse suite—tucked on the end of the complex for maximum privacy—offers breathtaking panoramic views, a wraparound deck just steps from Lake Osoyoos, and direct access to a private dock, pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Whether you're here for wine tasting, family fun, lake adventures, or a romantic reset, this space is the perfect landing spot for it all.

Inside, the unit sleeps six comfortably, with a king bed in the primary bedroom and a twin + full combo in the second. The spacious living room has room to stretch out or accommodate extra sleeping arrangements. You'll find two full bathrooms, including a luxurious two-person steam shower, and a full kitchen with everything you need to cook, entertain, or just enjoy a morning coffee with lake views.

Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi and a smart TV, or disconnect and enjoy the included beach towels, board games, puzzles, and local guidebook to help you explore. The views from this property are awesome. We spent lots of time on the expansive deck in the evening enjoying wine. The condo is very well stocked with lots of dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils and cleaning supplies. We loved spending time in the pool after mornings of golf. The owner was very responsive to any questions I had.

Sparkling clean. Very spacious. The deck is amazing. View is spectacular. Traffic is constant and quite loud. Beds on the harder side but very comfortable. Linen was great. Very well stocked. Huge fridge and freezer. Washer and dryer worked very well. Great location. Private deck. Swimming off the deck and closed area was a little weedy. Pool looked great (didn’t have time to use it). Complex is quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The living area was very spacious and the patio was wonderful. Every day we would have breakfast on the large patio overlooking the lake. The master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows with a beautiful view of the lake as well. It was nice to have the pool and the dock in from of the property as swimming options. Nicely furnished and comfortable.

Excellent location!

We thoroughly enjoyed the suite, the lake and the pool. Everything we needed was right there. We would definitely stay there again.

Best accommodations in Osoyoos!

Beautiful property. The owners were fabulous to deal with. The condo had everything we needed, and more. Great access to the lake. Beds were comfortable! We have stayed at this complex for 6 years now and this is now our most favorite unit. Thank you!

Wonderful deck and view.

The condo is large with an amazing view. The pool and grounds are very well maintained. Stephen responded to the few questions we had quickly. We visit Osoyoos annually, but this was our first stay at Lakeshore. We like the location as it is a way from hotel row. We were able to leave our kayaks secured on the wharf which was a bonus.

Lovely patio in Osoyoos

We like the well equipped kitchen, good size patio with lovely lake view and there is ample room for 4 adults and 1 toddler to stay comfortably. The host was quick to answer all my questions prior to the trip. We swam several times a day by jumping off the private dock right across the street or a small patch of sandy/semi rocky beach 2 minutes walk. The water was refreshing and fairly warm to swim in end of August. We do find some areas can be muddy to our liking or filled with seaweed that can be bothersome for a bad swimmer like me who like to stand in the water a lot. Also there is limited shade on the nearby sandy beach so it can get tricky to social distance properly. That said, there are so many beaches all around Osoyoos within a quick drive or there are lots of water activities if you are not into swimming.

This accommodation far exceeds what a hotel does. The unit is much nicer than the pictures show on the website. I loved the decor (artwork, rugs) and the cupboard of plastic kids dishes was a nice touch. Pool was perfect temperature and depth was great for kids. Kitchen fully stocked. We even tried the steam room even though was July - and was fabulous!

Great view, location and a nice house

We stayed here for a week and the place is great and comfortable. It has a nice view of the lake just steps away from the lake. The house has a lot of space and has all kitchen stuff you need so no need to bring anything. The check-in and check-out was very easy and the building has a nice pool and hot tub. The owner was very helpful and easily accessible.

Excellent Home Away

Lovely condo with excellent beds and linens. Kitchen was well equipped. There is a great view of the lake and the street below was full of interest with groups of kids on bikes, walkers and runners. Very pleasant to sit on the third floor balcony and watch the lake and the activity below. Very nice large dock with protected swimming area. Beach next door. The pool was clean. Not very deep so good for kids. Bathrooms right by the pool. I would recommend.

Great Family Condo!

We loved our stay at this condo! Right on the water with amazing panoramic views of the lake! Despite upwards of 36 degree temps the condo stays cool and comfortable. Our boys loved the bunk beds, it became their hang out spot while my husband and I enjoyed sitting on the patio. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could need and even spices which was a nice surprise. Plenty of books, DVDS and cards to use as well. The outside of the property was very nice and the pool was good as well (very shallow, but for bobbing around and for young kids it does the trick). We will be back!
