A Modern 3-Bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom Townhouse in Flagstaff, Arizona.

7-minute drive (2.5 miles) to downtown Flagstaff and NAU. 30 minutes to Snowbowl ski mountain. 90 -minute drive to the Grand Canyon!

This house was newly built in 2020, and beautifully furnished in 2024. It is well stocked for your comfort - just bring your suitcase and relax!

Grocery store is 5 minutes away - BBQ Grill on the patio.

This property is tucked into a clean, quiet neighborhood with a playground park just 2 minutes walk from the house.

Comfortably accommodates 7 guests.

The home has plenty of outdoor space and comfortable seating to enjoy cool summer days and nights outside amongst the pine trees and stars.

The location is so close to town, yet it feels like you've stepped away from the busy city life.

Perfect 5 stars across the board! Very clean and upscale townhouse in a quiet community. Close to restaurants and shopping. Everything you could want for a very reasonable price. Host is wonderful and responsive. Would 100% stay here again!

Great Place!

Great property! Very clean and modern. Good location, not far from downtown. The check in process was easy and the host was very good at communicating with us. Comfortable beds and lots of space. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely townhome. We really appreciated the outdoor space . The location was perfect for us and the neighborhood was very quiet. Jon, the owner, was always available to answer any questions we had. The home was very clean and well stocked with extra towels which was greatly appreciated!We will definitely stay here when we visit Flagstaff again.

Beautiful home

Perfect Flagstaff Family Rental

Amazing property, excellent location, had all the amenities we could have needed and was updated beautifully. Hosts were wonderful, easy to communicate with and were very welcoming. We will definitely be returning on a future visit. Kids loved the space, the games and the park across the street.

The house was perfect! Everything was clean, well-organized, and thoughtfully stocked—including starter supplies like toilet paper, which saved us from an early run to the store. The bedding and towels were high-quality and very comfortable. We especially appreciated the soft-close drawers and cabinets, which made a big difference while traveling with a group. The under-cabinet lights on timers were another great touch—helpful for navigating at night. The home was also well-insulated; we ended up turning off both the upstairs and downstairs heaters and were perfectly comfortable throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing Stay in Flagstaff

We loved our stay in Flagstaff! We are a family of 5 with 3 teenage boys. Our oldest son is a distance runner, so of course we had to make a stop in Flagstaff, home to one of the great college cross country programs, NAU.The property was immaculate! The communication before we arrived was superior to any VRBO host that we have experienced and continued throughout our stay. The location was great, with just a short 5 min drive into downtown Flagstaff. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Property, Great Price

Check-in and out processes were easy, home was exactly as advertised and neighborhood was excellent. We didn’t have any issues, so there wasn’t a lot of contact with the host. But the interactions we did have made us feel that any issues that may have come up would’ve been dealt with in a timely manner. I’d highly recommend this location.

We all loved the house. House was very spacious and clean. It accommodated all our needs. Very easy communication with the owner Jon. Located in a nice quiet neighborhood. Very easy access to all major roads. Would highly recommend this house if you’re staying in the Flagstaff area.
