Beautiful home with so many extras

We had a wonderful week. The home was in a quiet friendly neighborhood. We even took a walk around the block one evening. There were so many extras. The house was stocked with any and everything you could ever need during your stay. We decided to stay an extra day so we contacted the property manager, received payment instructions and enjoyed our extra day! House was clean and decorated very nicely.

Peaceful, comfortable well equipped home

We were house-hunting in the area and needed a quiet and comfortable home base for us and our little dog. This place is wonderful! The kitchen is well-stocked and the home is clean and exactly as pictured. The back patio is very relaxing and the TV is great! The owner and caretaker are very responsive and we had no issues. In fact, we have already re-booked for another brief stay. You don't need to worry about booking this one. Go for it.

Beautiful home

Beautiful home just like pictured. Everything we could need was there waiting for us. We really enjoyed the comforts of the home. Would highly recommend this property. As a side note for future fishermen, two bass boats do not fit well in the driveway. Only inches between them to keep on the drive. Thankfully my husband is great at backing a trailer.

Our stay

This home was a amazing! We have a very active 8 month old and there was so much room for him to crawl and play! I loved that there was two living rooms so it was nice being able to enjoy seeing our beautiful family! If we ever come back to Sebastian to visit again this will definitely be our first pick!

Great vacation in a beautiful area

We had a lovely time at this house over a weekend. Nicely furnished, spacious, and added bonus of bikes available in the garage. We were a party of four (two couples) and one couple had to sleep in separate bedrooms because while the master had a king bed, the other rooms were full or twin size and too small to share. One of guest rooms is listed as queen but is a full size. Other than that, I would recommend for singles or families with kids.

My family and I was there for my dads funeral and wasn’t up for exploring but the house felt like home. I was born and raised in fort pierce. Mr Craig was amazing was there to help in any way I needed. But I will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time at Mellissa home. It had everything you would need for either a short or extended stay as we did. The home is pleasantly decorated, very clean and comfortable. We had a problem with the washing machine and it was replaced the very next day. The property manager and owner were more than fair with any issue we encountered. The home is close to grocery stores, the riverfront and a short ride to the beaches. It was a great time. We’d go back again

Thank you, Melissa for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. The house is located in a neighborhood of upscale homes on a quiet street. We were entertained by not one but three marsh rabbits. The house was well-equipped and spotless upon our arrival. The conservation area behind and on one side of the property provided adequate privacy. Both Melissa and Craig were attentive to our needs.

Great Stay!

We had a group of 6 baseball players that were playing a tournament at Old Dodgertown in Vero Beach. These accommodations were great. Each guy was able to have their own bed. Place was clean, up to date, and sufficiently stocked with all the necessities. Best part was the communication! It was a last minute booking and Melissa and Craig were so responsive to every email and phone call. Highly recommend to anyone coming into the area!

Beautiful home, Quiet location

Had family visiting and the house was purfect! Quiet neighborhood, close to everything. Spacious interior with modern kitchen and baths. We enjoyed sitting around talking both inside and on the screened-in porch. Even heard a couple of owls calling each other one evening and saw haks flying over the trees. Everyone agreed to come back soon! Melissa was great and Greg (her property manager) was helpful also and prompt. Thanks guys

Spotless, FULLY furnished with lots of space for a family of 7!

We loved this house. It had everything! Super clean ! We needed nothing! The property owner was so helpful and the property care taker actually stopped by to repay us for filling the propane tank when he wasn’t able to get us one right away ( and I mean he felt bad that he was a half hour away). I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking to spend time in Florida. The house had everything we needed. It was decorated beautifully but still had a feel of home. Spacious and loaded with all the necessities.

The pictures on the website do not do this house justice. It has 2 large living rooms and 3 large bedrooms. It can accommodate a large family easily. The house has all the necessary items and even fun extras. The property manager was polite and easy to contact. The entire process of renting the home was hassle free. The surrounding area is a natural paradise. It is a short drive to the beach and state parks. Fishing at the inlet is superb. The area is not short of great places to eat and there is plenty of shopping around the area. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home as a great, clean, comfortable place to stay.

Great Vacation Property near Vero Beach

First time using VRBO. We were extremely pleased with this property. With all of the attention to detail, it feels like home.The house is beautifully decorated, wonderfully maintained, very clean and furnished with everything you need. It is perfect for those visitors that fly in because the kitchen has everything needed for cooking with a nice grill on the porch, the garage has all that you need to enjoy the beach too. Stocked with lots of bath and beach towels. The beach is less than a 15 minute drive away. The property manager is great as well and available for anything that is needed.

Awesome rental!

The house was beautiful. Response from the owner was fast. We had problems with our boat trailer and called the owner for suggestions, he made a phone call and had someone come to us within a half hour and got us back on the road immediately and didn't overcharge us for the repairs. The owner was very knowledgeable and informative about the area, with suggestions on places to see and eat. We will definitely look to book here again next year.
