Lovely little vacay home!

Easy to get to; easy check-in and great communication with the owners/hosts! The home was so perfect & inviting for our family stay! Really felt like we were on a great beach vacation!! Would love to stay there again someday!!

Perfect family home!

Home has everything you need! A minute walk to the secluded beach, beautiful heater pool/spa & fully equipped kitchen. Has all the beach gear needed, plenty of towels & near everything.

Our Go To place while visiting the SpaceCoast!

Great location! Great hosts, love the Wine Club, the firepit, and the fenced in back yard for our puppies!! The proximity to the beach is a short walk down a sandy road

Clean and comfortable house in a quiet little neighborhood just a couple minute walk from a private beach. Awesome spot if you're looking for some relaxing beach time.

Winter Get Away

We had a nice "get-away" from the cold winter weather! My husband, our dogs, and I enjoyed a relaxing trip to the beach. The rental property is within a short walk to the beach. My husband enjoyed fishing, while our furry friends loved running around the fenced-in backyard. The pool was an added bonus. Highly recommend it for anyone looking to get away from the cold!

The House is adorable. The photos of the backyard should be updated because it is now so much nicer than the pictures. The house has a bit of wear and tear and the driveway is small, 3 cars max. Beach access is awesome. Great for kids and adults.

Perfect stay

We wanted a peaceful relaxing vacation and that’s exactly what we got. The house was thoughtfully equipped and furnished, the fenced yard completely safe for our dog and the beach was perfection. Five stars from us.

Wonderful home in Vero Beach

We had a fantastic stay at the Summerplace beach home in Vero Beach. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed, the backyard was inviting, and the location steps from the beach was fabulous. We loved this house and will be repeat visitors. The owners were also great to work with and were very responsive.

Great Location

Twice a day walks on the steps away beach, adorable and comfortable accommodations. Chase was dry easy to communicate with when we had questions.

Annual July 4th vacation

Summer Sojourn

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Wabasso is a hidden gem. It was convenient, close, and easy private access to the beach. Water was gorgeous and the beach was almost empty everyday. The neighborhood was quiet and cozy. House was extremely clean and not cluttered. All the amenities that were needed for a nice relaxing week. Already looking to book next year!

Perfect!!

Absolutely perfect location!! We were a family of 7 and had plenty of room. Backyard was plenty big for our golden doodle “Winnie” to run and enjoy. The small lizards were a bonus for her to chase and enjoy. Perfect location for a spur of the moment beach walk as it’s close enough without packing for the day. Will absolutely choose this location in the future for my family and friends. The parking is a little tight, but can fit 2 vehicles pretty easy. If you are looking for a great spot for you and your family, don’t sleep on this one!!

Very nice 3 bedroom bungalow near private beach

Really nicely decorated and very well equipped 3 bedroom bungalow with patio and fire pit in backyard a few minute easy walk to private beach. Owners graciously allow pets. The front and back yard is completely covered with low maintenance landscaping pebbles and wooded area. Looks great but there is an absolutely no grass area in the yard or even nearby (except along busy A1A) for walking pets to do their business.

Florida trip

After staying in 2 “corporate owned” rentals lately it was very refreshing to stay somewhere with all of the personal touches. To me that’s what VRBO started off as. The kitchen was equipped enough we could manage meals from the house. The fenced back yard was great! The walk to the beach is so close it made it easy to get kids there. Communication by the owner was great. There were charging docks and speakers in the house which just made it feel more like home while we were there. The only downside is this rental is 11 hours away from my home. We will stay here again on our next trip for sure.
