Our location is ideal, as we are just 5 minutes from Old San Juan, 5 minutes from the beach, and 15 minutes from the airport.

Guest Access:
Our apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building that includes a reception area and a security guard.

Also have access to an elevator and one dedicated parking spot.

Other Things to Note:
A $200 refundable security deposit is required as a protection against any potential damage. Our team will contact you after your booking is confirmed to arrange the payment. Deposit is released within 7 days post-checkout if no damage occurs.
