オープンリビング、キッチン、ダイニングコンセプト。
リビングルームには2つのソファ、ドロップダウンシェード付きの大きな画像ウィンドウがあり、多少の明るさとプライバシーを確保できます。
マスターベッドルームには、クイーンベッド、ウォークインクローゼット、パティオへのドア、デュアルシンクとバスタブ/シャワーコンボ付きの専用バスルームがあります。
2番目のベッドルームには、トランドルベッド、大きな机のあるオフィスのセットアップ、廊下を直接横切るシャワー付きのバスルームがあります。

Fantastic roomy and quiet condo. Highly recommend!

We were impressed with this rental. Even though the rental is in a complex, you'd never know it from it's location. It's in a lovely quiet corner of the complex. The courtyard was lovely with a table, chairs and a chaise lounge car. The living room has 2 sofas. There is a large table in the eating area. The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms were clean and the showers had plenty of hot water. The washer and dryer are full size, which is super helpful for longer stays. Terry was available to answer any questions and she was delightful. We were staying here while some renovations were being done on our house. So, we were busy most days at our house. We enjoyed having the Safeway grocery store nearby as we cooked most of our meals at the rental. There were also a number of restaurants very close by. I feel like we were lucky to find this rental available and we would highly recommend it.

Catalina foothills Tucson Arizona

We loved staying at Terry’s property in the Catalina foothills. The condo was just as advertised nicely decorated, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for a 2 month stay. The location was perfect. A very short drive to shopping and more importantly for us close to great hiking and biking trails. Our host Terry was friendly, kind, easily accessible, knowledgeable about the area and responsive to our questions. The property was beautifully maintained had good lighting for safety at night and the Mountain View’s were gorgeous. We highly recommend this property and hope to return here in the future.

Az sunshine!

The location was great, only complaint is parking is far away especially when you have a lot of shopping. It was also nice to have a patio to enjoy the sunshine. Terry was a very good neighbor.

Wonderful stay

I am a travel nurse and my roommate and I just finished up a 3 month assignment in Tucson. I was so lucky to find Terry and be her first guest. She is so sweet and accommodating. I loved the peaceful feel and privacy of this location. I always felt safe and the grounds were very well lit at night. The pool and hot tub were a great bonus and had beautiful views of the mountains; we spent many of our days off lounging by the pool. The unit actually felt much larger than it appears in pictures. Definitely more than enough space for the two of us. We had such a great stay and would choose this location again and again if we had the choice! Thanks again, Terry, for all that you did to make us feel welcomed!

I have owned rental properties in Central Tucson and The Foothills since 2000 and have been in the property management business for over three decades in Texas, Colorado and Arizona.
I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, reading, hiking, riding my townie bike and gardening.
I am appreciative of Tucson becoming known as a Foodie City because I enjoy really good food and fine wine. Lots of dining options in the Tucson area!

Location, location, location!
Reflections in the Catalinas complex is located just north of Swan & Sunrise in the Catalina Foothills. Views of the Catalina mountain range are spectacular.
The Reflections complex is quiet with resort-like amenities.
Take a hike, ride your bike, sit by the pool, soak in the hot tub or work out in the exercise facility. Relax in the private courtyard, morning, noon and night.
