Enjoy a clean, modern atmosphere with all the essentials you need to feel right at home without stretching your budget! Designed with families in mind, our affordable yet comfortable apartment sleeps up to 8 + 1 infant.

We’re conveniently located near a I-15 highway exit just 2 miles from the Payson Temple and only 1.8 miles from Payson Canyon. We allow up to 2 dogs (no cats please), and our fully fenced yard gives both dogs and kids plenty of room to safely run and play. Please note that we do have a golden retriever but will happily bring him inside or secure him in his kennel for the length of your stay at your request.

Beyond my expectations! Because of the fact that this was a basement apartment, I expected it to be a bit noisy from foot traffic above, but we hardly heard any noise from the hosts at all. The apartment and accommodations were very clean and there was plenty of extra supplies to make our stay extremely comfortable. Overall it was a very good experience. Would recommend to any group or family looking for a nice and affordable place to stay. (*Bonus- the family dog is amazing!)!

We’ve been having several issues with this VRBO and would not recommend it. The space feels very cramped and was disappointing compared to what we expected from the listing. There is a family living above who are extremely loud, making it difficult to rest or relax. Additionally, there is a dog on the property that jumps on guests and is bothersome when coming and going from the rental. Overall, the experience has been uncomfortable, and the property has not met expectations for a longer stay.

Hi Olivia, Thank you for the feedback. As described in the listing, we live above this apartment and as it’s an old house, the floor does creak despite several attempts to fix it. As also described in our guest book, our dog can be kept inside, away from guests the entirety of their stay if they wish- which unfortunately we received no message or concern from you during your 3 day stay. In the future, we hope you communicate with your hosts more in the hopes of preventing a bad experience like the one you claim to have had here.

We were excited for our stay, but it was overshadowed by safety and cleanliness issues. The host’s dog knocked over multiple children, including our 5-year-old, who scraped her knee on the sidewalk and still wears a large bandage 1.5 weeks later. The listing didn’t disclose that a dog would be roaming freely, even while tethered, which made outdoor time feel unsafe. We requested a partial refund, but were told we should’ve asked the host to put the dog away—even though they weren’t home much. That responsibility shouldn’t fall on guests. The host also kept a cat outdoors without a proper litter box or shelter. We often found the cat dehydrated on hot days, and it defecated in areas where our kids played. Dog feces were left uncleaned the entire week; I even stepped in one, which was unpleasant and unacceptable. After expressing concerns, we were met with threats from the host, adding to the distress. While the property itself was fine, the lack of transparency, accountability, and basic hygiene made our stay stressful. We hope future guests are informed about animals on the property and that the hosts take steps to ensure a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all visitors.

Hi Nancy, We value any and all feedback from our guests, and try to do whatever we can to fix any issues. We’re not sure why we can do about the stairs being “sketchy”, as we have pictures of them in the listing and the area is well lit at night with the light. As for the microwave, we tested it after your stay and everything worked as normal.
