Welcome to your home away from home in Memphis! Our home is centrally located in the Memphis' Volintine-Evergreen Historic District. It is a spacious ranch house that blends historic essence with modern amenities and a big backyard with outdoor games, seating and a firepit grill.
Our home is a fully furnished 1-level, 3-bedroom (1 King, 2 Queens), 2-bath house with a 2-car garage is designed for comfort, fun and peace of mind — perfect for vacationers or working professionals requiring longer stays. There is secure entry and outdoor cameras, hi-speed internet, pub games, W/D and fully stocked kitchen to meet your various needs.
Most sites, shopping, night life, outdoor spaces are within 5-20 minutes.
You will be 5 minutes from Overton Park - Zoo, Golf Course, Brooks Musuem, Shell Outdoor Amphitheater; 10 minutes from Downtown Memphis - Beale Street, BassPro Pyramid, Bridges, Tom Lee Riverside Park, Civil Rights Museum AND Crosstown Concourse (food, music, shopping); 15 minutes from Cooper-Young neighborhood (music, food, shopping) AND the Airport/ Graceland.

Our home is wonderful for vintage and modern minded people alike. We have updated the property to meet modern needs while preserving a few of the original design touches. The large garage and yard extend the space and comfort.
