シーニックルート30-Aのビーチサイドにあるプライベートなゲート付きの近所（キャンプクリーク）にあり、プライベートビーチがあります。

2階には4ベッドルーム/ 2バス、1ベッドルームにはキングベッド、2ベッドルームにはクイーンベッド、4thには2ツインがあります。 2つのベッドルームからはオーシャンビューが見渡せ、30Aで最高のサンセットを誇る広々とした広々としたデッキに直接アクセスできます。 キッチンには、御影石のトップバーなど、必要なものがすべて揃っています。また、ダイニングエリアとファミリールームと一緒に、ガラス張りのフレンチドアからきらめく美しい湾を眺めながら、広々とした生活と集いの場を作ります。 ビューは、内側も外側も壮観です!! 1階には1ベッドルーム/ 1バス、寝室には1クイーンと2段セットがあります。 冬には温かいプライベートプールを囲むパティオに通じる大きなゲームルームとバー！ プールの向こうにはビーチブランケットがあります！ 「これは最高です！」 あなたと水の間には何もありません！ 非常にプライベート！ 12人が快適に眠れます！ フルランドリールーム。 複数の家族に最適！ 3 / +車用の私道と1台の車庫。

This was our family’s 3rd time at this property, so obviously we love it! It is the perfect size for our family of 6 adults and 2 children ages 5 and 2. With an active 2 year old, the gates at the stairs were a comfort. The pool is a good size for us all to enjoy at the same time. The beach access is easy to handle for all ages. Because it is a private beach, you can enjoy beach time without the large crowds. The owner is quick to respond to any questions or issues you may have. Highly recommend this property!

The location and pool were the best things about this property. We didn’t realize we wouldn’t have access to the upper bedroom and balcony. Also it did not include enough beach chairs like the listing stated so we had to pay extra for that.

Great location

The house was great but the location to the beach was perfect. The private beach access was great to avoid the crowded sections of the beach. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation

We enjoyed our vacation so much. The house was right on the beach and make it so easy for families with young children. The private pool was great and fun after a morning on the beach. The house was very spacious and the view of the ocean was spectacular. The host is very friendly and helpful. Thank you, we had a wonderful stay!

Access to beach was great. Very private beach. Owner was very responsive. Extra refrigerator and ice maker were fantastic. Downstairs was a little warm, but tolerable.

Family friends annual getaway

We are two families with young kids who travel together every spring and this house was perfect for us. Great location, private beach access was soooo nice and the kids loved the pool. The pool alarm was nice so the kids could play downstairs and we didn’t have to worry. Herman was quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 10. 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 1.5 years to 7. The beach was beautiful, quiet and easy to access. The pool a great escape from the hot sun. Our kids had the time of their lives. We cooked nearly all meals in the fully stocked kitchen with no problems. The house was far better than advertised and more than exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Perfect Beach House

The house is simply spectacular! We've rented several houses in the area and this is by far the best place we've found. We loved the beach front convenience (especially with smaller kids) as well as the private pool for afternoon swim sessions. The house is well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and are planning to book again for next year :)
