シーニックルート30-Aのビーチサイドにあるプライベートなゲート付きの近所（キャンプクリーク）にあり、プライベートビーチがあります。

2階には4ベッドルーム/ 2バス、1ベッドルームにはキングベッド、2ベッドルームにはクイーンベッド、4thには2ツインがあります。 2つのベッドルームからはオーシャンビューが見渡せ、30Aで最高のサンセットを誇る広々とした広々としたデッキに直接アクセスできます。 キッチンには、御影石のトップバーなど、必要なものがすべて揃っています。また、ダイニングエリアとファミリールームと一緒に、ガラス張りのフレンチドアからきらめく美しい湾を眺めながら、広々とした生活と集いの場を作ります。 ビューは、内側も外側も壮観です!! 1階には1ベッドルーム/ 1バス、寝室には1クイーンと2段セットがあります。 冬には温かいプライベートプールを囲むパティオに通じる大きなゲームルームとバー！ プールの向こうにはビーチブランケットがあります！ 「これは最高です！」 あなたと水の間には何もありません！ 非常にプライベート！ 12人が快適に眠れます！ フルランドリールーム。 複数の家族に最適！ 3 / +車用の私道と1台の車庫。

Wonderful Vacation

We enjoyed our vacation so much. The house was right on the beach and make it so easy for families with young children. The private pool was great and fun after a morning on the beach. The house was very spacious and the view of the ocean was spectacular. The host is very friendly and helpful. Thank you, we had a wonderful stay!

This place was absolutely perfect for our family of 10. 6 adults and 4 children ranging from 1.5 years to 7. The beach was beautiful, quiet and easy to access. The pool a great escape from the hot sun. Our kids had the time of their lives. We cooked nearly all meals in the fully stocked kitchen with no problems. The house was far better than advertised and more than exceeded our expectations. Thank you!

Family friends annual getaway

We are two families with young kids who travel together every spring and this house was perfect for us. Great location, private beach access was soooo nice and the kids loved the pool. The pool alarm was nice so the kids could play downstairs and we didn’t have to worry. Herman was quick to respond and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

Our favorite beach house ever!

We couldn’t have been happier with this property! The house was really homey and well appointed and had the most stunning views. The beach was virtually private and the pool a great addition. We have stayed all over the 30A area and this was by far our favorite home. The host was attentive and helpful throughout! Thanks for an incredible week!

Perfect Beach House

The house is simply spectacular! We've rented several houses in the area and this is by far the best place we've found. We loved the beach front convenience (especially with smaller kids) as well as the private pool for afternoon swim sessions. The house is well appointed and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and are planning to book again for next year :)

Best location on 30A

This property has the best beach access away from any crowds. We have several grandparents in our group and they really enjoy the easy steps down to the beach. The property is clean and stocked with everything you need. The water views are stunning. Only complaint is that the ice maker does not work well, but it’s very easy to buy a bag of ice!

beautiful view and easy beach access.

Great location with easy access to stores, etc. Nice to have a private pool. Best times were on the second floor deck watching the ocean change daily from very still to very large waves as the hurricane came through . Beach very good for walking. Two weeks was not enough. No crowds this time of year, and still warm enough to get in the ocean!!
