Very pleasant

The property was clean, comfortable and had a great setting near the beach and long hiking/biking paths along the waterfront. Great restaurant just a few doors down.

Great Property Close to Beach

Great location, great layout, lovely decor, appliances/heater etc all functioned well, easy check in and check out, responsive property manager. The unit I stayed in didn't offer onsite parking but it wasn't difficult to find street parking. The back/bigger unit offers onsite parking.

Perfect!

This was the perfect place to stay with my family of four during our vacation to Santa Barbara! The location is great - ocean view, quick walk to the beach and restaurants. It was also wonderful that they had beach towels, chairs and boogie boards available for use at the beach. The home itself was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. I would definitely stay again!

Santa Barbara Milpas cute beach bungalow

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here on the Milpas property in Santa Barbara. Very cute, lots of room for just the two of us. Close to the beach, also a Waterview, which was really important to me. Within walking distance of restaurants. We would stay here again. 🌊☀️

Everything went very smooth. The house was close to the beach and a park right across the street. Could have used a little more air conditioning. The house might be uncomfortable during the summer when it’s hotter.

Perfect stay

The checkin and checkout were a very easy process. The location of the property was perfect and very close to the East Beach, the Pier and Harbor. A few minutes from grocery, pharmacy and downtown area. Very charming and homy, the house was very well equipped and decorated. We highly recommend this rental.

Great location

Convenient location by the beach. Parking easier to find at night, which is the only challenge but place was very clean and had all amenities needed. Great view of the beach area.

Great Location and Amenities

This two bedroom home is well located close to the beach (200+ steps away, restaurants (Convivo our favorite only 100 steps away), Stearns Pier and State Street, all within walking distance. The property is well-maintained with a nice kitchen, bathroom, dining area and living room with window views of the ocean. Everything that we needed was at this location as far as utensils, plates, cooking ware, tea kettle and coffee maker. Washer and Dryer worked great, enjoyed using beach towels and chairs, and very convenient to nearby grocery market. If we come back to the area, we would like to rent this Beach house again.

Wonderful rental right by the beach!

Beautiful, clean property in a fabulous location. We walked to the beach, pier, Chase Palm Park and Zoo. It was perfect for our needs--there is a beautiful view of the ocean from the kitchen and front room. We'd definitely stay here again!

Simple, easy, beautiful!

If you’re looking for a comfy, close to the beach, kinda quite, close enough to the Funk down the road, this is your spot. You can take in the sunrise and the glow of the sunset. I’ll be back for sure!

On Point Location and Accommodation in SB

The property is well located close to the beach, restaurants, other sightseeing spots. The property is well-maintained two bedroom wonderful view to the beach walk a block away from the pier. Very satisfied with the price and amenities that are offered. Everything that is needed is at this location as far as utensils plates cooking ware linens sheets towels. The only thing needed is groceries. Look forward to renting and reserving this Beachhouse again in the near future!

Great location!

Great location for kids. Walk everywhere - the beach, restaurants and the zoo! Plenty of room for the kids to play around in the shared space and rooms were good size for all of the stuff that comes with kids :) Place was clean and again - perfect location!
