The house was terrific. Great location, very nice. The only thing we didn't realize is that there is no air conditioning, just fans and open windows and doors. At first we weren't thrilled, but with the fans and the ocean breezes is was nice. So was not a big deal. We would stay again.

LOVED OUR STAY HERE! Location is fabulous! We enjoyed visiting Santa Barbara! There is no AC, so it was a bit warm, but we had plenty of fans! The evenings are cool, even the last week of July!The VRBO team welcomed us with ROSES and WINE, as my husband has cancer and always wanted to spend time in Santa Barbara. The card with it was so kind.The photos are so true, this place is adorable. :) PS We did try to reach Lydia, the HOST with a text and were unable to do so. She didn't respond. But we solved the issue ourselves; it wasn't a huge one.
