This marvelous retreat includes heating, AC, all kitchen needs, Keurig and K cups, hairdryer, clean linens/towels, reading material, a desk, 2 smart tv’s, an air fryer, enclosed porch entrance, shared front deck, full size fridge/freezer/stove/microwave, shared free washer and dryer, newly remodeled basement features arcade games/fooseball/dartboard/smart TV/gym equipment/candy vending, secured additional storage available for each unit, and more. All of these great amenities for your convenience. Step into the charming bathroom with a stand up tiled shower and more amenities, including soap/shampoo/conditioner, Q tips and cotton balls. The space was clean and modern and Kurt was quick to respond when I had any questions or concerns. It had everything I needed for my 4 week stay. And I'm thankful for the pet friendly listing as I had to bring my cat with me. I would book again if I'm ever in need of somewhere to stay in the area again.

Kurt was very responsive and easy to communicate with. The place had everything you need. I’ll definitely be staying again when I’m in the area.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood with downtown in walking distance. The owner is very friendly and helpful to any questions we had. The apartment itself is very clean, cozy, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. You don’t even need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner, or body wash. Loved that he supplied coffee pods and had a K coffee machine. Bed was super comfy. What I really liked is there is a free washing machine and dryer in the basement. I didn’t use them, but when my son was in travel baseball, I definitely would have used these machines several times over during tournament season. Parked my truck in the driveway. Also, felt safe with a front door with 2 locks then a foyer with another door with 2 locks before going into the apartment. Since it was just me and my younger daughter, I felt safe without my husband traveling with us. Plenty of space. Easy departure instructions. Way better than any hotel. Also living room and bedroom each had their own big TVs.
