The Space
This modern condo is new construction (welcoming guests September 2025) and combines style, convenience, and functionality in every detail.
Bedrooms
Primary Suite: King bed, Smart TV, storage, sliding doors to the private patio, and en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2: King bed, storage, and easy access to the second full bathroom.
Bathrooms
Spacious, modern, and fully stocked with fresh linens, showers, hairdryers, and complementary mini starter toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and body wash. In addition to 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom.
Kitchen, Living & Dining
Fully equipped modern kitchen with appliances, cookware, utensils, and bar seating. Starter supplies provided: sponge, dish soap, trash bags, dishwasher pods and a roll of paper towels.
Open-concept dining area flows into the living room with Smart TV and direct access to your private outdoor space.
Laundry
Full-size Samsung washer and dryer located on your private patio. Starter detergent provided.
