If you're looking for a place to stay in Brian Head, this place should be on your short list. Clean, spacious place with amazing views that is close to ski slopes and hiking/biking trails. Excellent, attentive host!

Mid-May was a great time to go, area is very quiet and peaceful. Besides the skiing, there is close access to so many national, state and county parks.

Great condo!

Condo was just as it looks in the pictures. Very clean, comfortable beds, great place to stay. Brian head is a super fun place to visit, we will definitely be back. Host was very easy to communicate with.

Sweetness

Super clean, two min walk from free shuttle, oh so nice heated floors, and very comfortable linens. Plus, snow plow and snow blower were out early morning after quite a bit of snow. Would recommend.

Cozy Stay at Brian Head

My wife and I booked this cozy condo for our anniversary weekend and we loved the layout, cleanliness and the immediate and professional interactions with the hosts. The siding on the building is a little weathered, but don't let that fool you at all. The inside is new and modern, clean and a great stay. We loved it.

My family and I enjoyed the condo and location, Brian Head ski resort is only a 5min drive from the condo and had a blast snowboarding the mountain. My kids really enjoyed the loft upstairs to sleep and hang out. The cozy condo is really cozy and beautiful . Would come back to this condo again.

Quiet and clean

Exterior is a little tired. Interior very clean and comfortable. Listing did not show the 14 steps from first floor to main sleeping area. We are in our 70s and fortunately fit.

Great rental

Clean property, and everything was as described. Ladder access is needed to get access to the two twin beds in the loft - and we knew that going in. The kids enjoyed climbing the ladder - but it might not be a cup of tea for everyone. Easy communication with the owner, and the condo is about 3-5 minutes drive down to Giant Steps.

Great ski weekend

Had a great time staying at this condo in Brian Head. Condo was clean. Had a nice kitchen which we used daily. Bring your own spices if you like to cook. Appreciated having a crock pot! Great atmosphere and views of the ski resort. Kids loved the open concept sleeping arrangements. Would definitely stay here again. Owners were very nice and great to work with. Appreciated the place being pet friendly!

We did not stay at this property, we are old retired travelers who are up a couple of times a night, so a five foot ladder to get in and out of bed is unacceptable .

Good and here’s some helpful hints

Excellent The views, lots of light! Floor heatersCrockpot and other kitchen essentials WiFi - however its power is connected to one of the wall light switches and so it’s easy to turn off. Needed Working dishwasher Closet light Queen bed - it sunk down every time we sat down (right side) No working fireplace Toaster would help More towels especially if there is no washer or dryer. Water kettle would help

We Didn't Stay

Unfortunately, when we pulled onto the short street, it wasn't plowed and was covered with ice. The walk to condo was also covered with ice. We decided it was too treacherous. We're older but, with luggage, it might be a scary walk for anyone. Inside, the condo looked clean and nice, but the risk outweighed the cleanliness. We lost all but the cleaning fee.

Inaccurate and misleading listing

I booked this listing because it was advertised as having 3 bedrooms. Well it has one bedroom on the loft over the leaving room. It offers no privacy. Also a leaving room with a convertible isn’t a bedroom. A second loft you have to access from a ladder with 2 mattresses on the floor is not exactly a bedroom! And I am still trying to get a full refund!

We love Brian Head! It’s a peaceful, relaxing get away. We love seeing the wildlife. The beautiful weather in the summer, the fall colors in Autumn and the white snow in winter!

Our condo sits on higher ground than most of the Brian Head condos. This makes for a quiet, peaceful and relaxing stay. We have forest all around us which makes wildlife easy to spot. Although still close to the shuttle for the ski slopes this home is tucked away in a serene part of Brian Head.
