All Around Excellent!

Owners are very responsive and kind - same with the on-site staff at Cedar Breaks Lodge. Great location and amenities. Prior to our stay, I was slightly concerned about there being enough space for a family of four. However, there was ample space and it felt cozy (not crowded) after unloading suitcases, putting things in cabinets, and putting suitcases back in the car.

Check-in and communication was great. The view was amazing. The room was dirty. Carpet is badly in need of cleaning. Walking on the floor without shoes, which we did at the request of the host, left white socks or feet filthy. The jetted tub has mold and we didnt use it. Several spots on the wall had been painted over but just didnt look like it was done well. All in all, it could be a very nice place with more TLC but as is, we were disappointed.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and I'm sorry your stay fell short of expectations. I'm immediately having a discussion with our cleaning team. As we are at the end of the busy season we will have a deep carpet clean and a thorough scrub of the jetted tub. These are not excuses I can make — a guest should never feel uncomfortable in the space. I truly appreciate that you highlighted what worked — the check-in, communication, and the view mean a lot. I hope you'll consider giving us another chance in the future. I'd love the opportunity to show you the experience this property is truly capable of delivering.

Coffee Pot

Please add a note that the coffee pot is 10 cups and uses cone filters. We had a bunch of k cups we had to cut open. Also it might be nice to have grab bars in the shower for Grandparents. :)

My husband and I met in high school. We had a lot of the same mutual friends and enjoyed being around each other. As time went on our friendship grew deeper and our love for being outside and adventuring brought us closer together.

A few years later we were married and now our family has grown to include our three amazing sons who love to ski, hike, bike, swim and adventure in the great outdoors. We live in beautiful Cache Valley, UT.

We found our Brian Head property and decided it is the perfect place for all of the things we love most. The winter has amazing skiing. We can relax by fire place and read a book. Or go and take a swim in the pool. The summer is full of exploration and sunshine. There is great hiking, biking and adventure. We want you to have an incredible experience here in our Mountain Retreat.
