Great getaway in updated condo. Everything was labeled, well stocked, and clean. My kids loved the community room with pool table and games.

Spring Break

The Giant Step Villa was the perfect place for our first family ski trip. We have 2 teens (14 and 16) and we were very comfortable in Brenda’s villa. The 2 Br /2 bath has all the comforts of home. The kitchen was well stocked and Brenda was a great host! Thank you! Brian Head is a wonderful ski resort for families.

Spring break 2025

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were as advertised with extra little added surprise bonuses! Lots of little details to make u feel at home while away from home. The host has definitely gone above and beyond. The host was very easy and pleasant to work with. She was very responsive and timely to any questions. The kitchen was fully equipped with spices, utensils ect with very nice pots and pans. We had a great time at this location and definitely look forward to staying here again!

Great Condo! Great Location!

Condo had everything you’d want and more! My twin 16-year old boys and their friends enjoyed the hot tub and the game room after boarding and skiing while I enjoyed the fireplace. It’s great that the condo is on the first floor and on the end near the staircase and near the firewood. It made unloading and loading the car really easy. The place was also insulated from the sound of neighbors above and nearby. Nice towels and bedding. Very comfortable beds. Ski in ski out is for intermediate skiers due to the ski run above it. We had two beginners so we had to navigate around the tubing hill a bit but it wasn’t a big deal. Thanks so much! Great stay!

Oceans 16th Birthday Getaway

We had a wonderful time. The condo was perfect for our family. I would definitely stay here again. Everything we needed was provided, even an amazing sled! We can’t wait to come back.

Superb stay

This is our second time staying in Brenda’s condo and will certainly be back. It’s very clean, well stocked, perfect location, excellent communication with Brenda. Skiing was fantastic and boot warmer was a huge plus. Highly recommend it!

Girls getaway weekend

Nice, clean, cozy condo. Ski in/out doesn't get any better than that. ( best location of all my vrbo rentals at Brian Head) Brenda was amazing at communicating with us. Condo is as shown in pictures. Thank you Brenda ! :)

Great location

We had a great time At Brianhead. The condo was clean, comfortable and well decorated. The kitchen was well stocked and the dishwashers and trash compactor were helpful. We especially enjoyed the boot/glove warmer and the heaters in the bathroom. It was great to be on the first floor and a true ski-in/ski-out location. We would definitely come back. Thank you for a great stay!

Beautiful relaxing stay

Loved the condo it was so cozy after playing in the snow all day. The owner was so great with communication and the condo had everything we needed. The complex is close to the tubing park and our daughter had a blast we will definitely stay again.

Cool in the summer

The weather was a great getaway from the triple digits. It stayed about 55-75 the entire stay. Expect showers each afternoon due to monsoon season. The place was clean and well stocked. Walking down to the hot tub was a longer walk than expected. The game room could also use brighter and better lighting. Hopefully the fire pit will be available to use soon; closed off due to drought.

This condo has everything you need, very well stocked with everything. The owner was readily available to answer all of our questions and offer advice, very thankful for that! Very clean and cozy condo - one of the best places we've stayed at!

Outstanding vacation

This property was very clean and well set up for vacation with everything a family could ever need. The condo is beautiful and the ability to ski in and ski out was amazing. The owner was so great that they even answered a couple questions we had while we were there. We will be back again!!

Perfect

These hosts thought of everything! Check in was great, connecting to the WiFi was easy, the boot dryer was much used, loved the humidifiers, and all the electronic charging ports were perfect! They were also quick to respond to messages and very helpful. We loved our stay!!
