The property is located in a great area and the unit is clean. Host was very responsive to messages and good at communicating things like parking, prior to our arrival. I highly recommend staying here and plan to return in the future when I visit my daughter who is at ASU Polytechnic Campus. We visited the Desert Botanical Garden at night and it was stunning!

We enjoyed our stay, the communication and arrival instructions were great. It is a very convenient location, quiet, safe. We never used the pool/hot tub but there are 2 of them, there are restaurants within walking distance. Sahuaro's Taco Shop has awesome breakfast burritos. I would stay here again!

Thank you so much for the kind words. I do apologize for the upstairs neighbors. They do have a young child that runs around quite frequently. Hopefully the noise wasn’t too late at night. Hope to be able to host you in the future.

I’m originally from Boston and have always loved places that feel relaxing, welcoming, and a little bit special — which is exactly what I hope guests feel when they stay here.

I enjoy traveling, exploring new places, good food, and spending time with my two French bulldogs. I know how much the little details matter when you’re away from home, so I try to make sure the space is comfortable, easy, and enjoyable for every guest.

I love hosting because it’s a chance to share a great space with people who are making memories — whether it’s a vacation, a work trip, or just a change of scenery. My goal is always for guests to arrive excited and leave thinking, “I’d definitely stay here again.”

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and relaxing — the kind of place where you can truly unwind after a busy day. It has a comfortable residential feel while still being conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and local attractions.

One of the things I enjoy most is the peaceful atmosphere. Whether it’s enjoying a morning coffee outside, taking a walk around the area, or simply relaxing after a day out exploring, it’s a great place to slow down and feel at home.

At the same time, you’re never far from the things that make visiting fun — great food, entertainment, and everything the area has to offer. It’s the perfect balance between convenience and calm.

この宿泊施設の特徴

What makes this property stand out is the space, comfort, and thoughtful layout. Guests have plenty of room to spread out and relax, including a private wing with its own bedroom, office space, and bathroom — something you don’t find in most rentals.

I’ve tried to create a place that feels more like a home than a typical rental. It’s comfortable, quiet, and designed for both relaxation and productivity, whether you’re visiting for work, a longer stay, or just a getaway.

I also take pride in being a responsive and helpful host. My goal is to make sure guests feel welcomed and have everything they need for an easy, enjoyable stay.
