Thoughtfully laid out for both privacy and function, the home includes a dedicated office, four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a half bathroom. A finished basement with a washer and dryer adds everyday convenience. Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



This property requires owner approval for all reservations, and is subject to a background check after the booking is completed to confirm the reservation.



Note that guests cannot use the fireplace located in the living room.



Please note that a gardener will visit the property once a month for regular landscaping maintenance.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.
