At the heart of our renovation is a commitment to your well-being. Both the primary bedroom and the living area feature handcrafted COCO-MAT queen-size beds. Engineered in Greece using sustainable layers of seaweed, coconut fiber, and natural rubber, these beds offer an unparalleled, "weightless" sleep experience.
To ensure your peace, we have installed premium noise-reducing carpets and blackout curtains, allowing you to recharge in total silence, regardless of the midnight sun.

We have thought of every detail to ensure your stay is as seamless as it is comfortable.
The Gourmet Kitchen & Dining
A fully equipped space designed for everything from morning espresso to full dinners.

Essentials: Nespresso machine, hot water kettle, toaster, and a dining
table for four.
Cookware: Full set of pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper, dishes, silverware (including chopsticks), and cleaning products.

The hosts of this classic Reykjavík apartment building are Petros, of Greek origin, and his Icelandic colleague and friend. Petros has shared his passion for welcoming guests for a couple of decades and intends to continue for many years to come. He fell in love with Iceland during a visit with his wife and daughter a few years ago and now shares that love with guests from around the world, ensuring a warm, personal, and memorable stay in the heart of the city.
