Wonderful Stay near the Beach

We had a wonderful stay in St. Augustine and thoroughly enjoyed this condo. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for our family of five. We especially appreciated the thoughtful extras, including the beach chairs, umbrella, and beach toys, which were a big hit with our youngest child and made our beach days even more enjoyable.The pool and hot tub were excellent amenities, and we made use of them every day. The location was perfect (a few minutes from the beach) making it easy to spend plenty of time by the ocean.Dawn was a fantastic host and was always quick to respond whenever I had questions. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future!

The master bedroom bed was very comfortable, however the spare bedroom beds could use some updating. The furniture was a little dated, but we didn't spend a ton of time in the condo. I really appreciated having two bathrooms and a washer/dryer. The host also left us beach chairs which was awesome. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and the ocation was perfect. Not too far from downtown St. Augustine and close to restuarants and the beach. The host was VERY responsive and I would highly recommend. Just update the beds in the spare bedroom. Or my son could just be picky. :)

Great location

We had a wonderful time. This is our second time staying in this resort. It is very safe and well maintained. Our unit had everything we needed except beach toys. Our boys were hoping for some things to take to the beach since our last condo had some but it wasn't a big deal since we only had one good beach day. We absolutely loved having a hot tub so close for nightly soaks. We will be back!

Love it here!

We have rented here in the past and keep coming back. The condo has everything we need and all the attractions and shopping are close by. This unit is bright and airy, and we love the beach theme. The hosts checked in to see if we needed anything which was a nice personal touch! We’re looking forward to our next visit!

Great Place and Community

We had a fantastic week at the property and Dawn was fantastic if we needed anything at all. The condo was clean and had all of the beach necessities ready to go. The property was clean and pools were cleaned nightly. Would highly recommend staying again!

Beautiful place

This condo was very clean and lovely. With two pools , jacuzzi and private beach theres nothing else we could ask for . Everything was clean and with good maintenance . The location is close to historic downtown. The host Dawn check if we need anything . We would gladly stay at this place again 😍

Great location and clean facility

The location was perfect for walking to the beach for the day or spending some time at the pool with the kids. It being in very close proximity to all the restaurants it made it easy to walk or drive. We had a great time in St. Augustine beach and really enjoyed our stay at the tennis and racquet resort.

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo in St. Augustine Beach! Everything was exactly as advertised and so very close to the water! My grandson fished for hours, inside the complex in the private ponds, as well as just a few minute walk to the ocean. Easy access to excellent restaurants, and historical sites. Host was extremely attentive to any questions we had, prior to our visit and while on site. It was a great choice!

Great condo on the beach

The condo was perfect! Everything was clean and had Everything we needed. The complex is well kept and secure. The owner was so nice and checked in on our stay, and made sure we got home safely in the hurricane. We will definitely stay there again:)

Beautiful and conveniently located

The condo was clean and surprisingly spacious. Close to both pools and not too far of a walk to parking. Lots of restaurants close by and less than 10 minutes from downtown. I definitely will be booking again ☺️

Great beachfront Condo!

Perfect place, steps to the beach, and minutes to attractions downtown! Pools and hot tubs were clean, as well as all the grounds. Plenty of activities to do, with equipment all provided. We will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay very much! Nice and quiet condos. Very conveniently located to the beach, restaurants, and touring downtown. Owner is very responsive if you need anything. We would consider booking this place again if we were in the area.

Great St. Augustine Getaway!

Great location (just minutes from Old Town) with direct beach access. The condo was quiet and clean. Check in was really easy and the owner was very responsive via text. It was one of the more pleasurable VRBO experiences we've had. The next time we go back to St. Augustine we will definitely be booking here!

From the Owner: "Thank you for your review. A new toaster has been purchased (1/25/25). Since the sofa is a pullout bed sofa, they do typically sit lower to the ground. This sofa was purchased less than 5 years ago. Although recliners would be nice, the condo is limited on space for two recliners. There are, however, two wicker chairs, a small sofa chair, and the sofa couch with a total seating of 6 in the living room. We do hope to have you back soon."

Birthday trip to spend with family

The owner, Dawn, went above & beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed. She’s an excellent communicator. Close to great restaurant’s & beautiful beach. Very comfortable rental!
