Great location

We had a wonderful time. This is our second time staying in this resort. It is very safe and well maintained. Our unit had everything we needed except beach toys. Our boys were hoping for some things to take to the beach since our last condo had some but it wasn't a big deal since we only had one good beach day. We absolutely loved having a hot tub so close for nightly soaks. We will be back!

Love it here!

We have rented here in the past and keep coming back. The condo has everything we need and all the attractions and shopping are close by. This unit is bright and airy, and we love the beach theme. The hosts checked in to see if we needed anything which was a nice personal touch! We’re looking forward to our next visit!

This condo was very clean and lovely. With two pools , jacuzzi and private beach theres nothing else we could ask for . Everything was clean and with good maintenance . The location is close to historic downtown. The host Dawn check if we need anything . We would gladly stay at this place again 😍

Great Place and Community

We had a fantastic week at the property and Dawn was fantastic if we needed anything at all. The condo was clean and had all of the beach necessities ready to go. The property was clean and pools were cleaned nightly. Would highly recommend staying again!

We so enjoyed our stay at this lovely condo in St. Augustine Beach! Everything was exactly as advertised and so very close to the water! My grandson fished for hours, inside the complex in the private ponds, as well as just a few minute walk to the ocean. Easy access to excellent restaurants, and historical sites. Host was extremely attentive to any questions we had, prior to our visit and while on site. It was a great choice!

Great location and clean facility

The location was perfect for walking to the beach for the day or spending some time at the pool with the kids. It being in very close proximity to all the restaurants it made it easy to walk or drive. We had a great time in St. Augustine beach and really enjoyed our stay at the tennis and racquet resort.

Beautiful and conveniently located

The condo was clean and surprisingly spacious. Close to both pools and not too far of a walk to parking. Lots of restaurants close by and less than 10 minutes from downtown. I definitely will be booking again ☺️

The condo was perfect! Everything was clean and had Everything we needed. The complex is well kept and secure. The owner was so nice and checked in on our stay, and made sure we got home safely in the hurricane. We will definitely stay there again:)

Lovely condo in a beautiful complex at the beach!

We found the perfect place for our family of four to stay in St Augustine. The unit is light , bright and immaculate with a terrace overlooking a pool .We enjoyed the hot tubs , pools and especially the beach which is so easy to access and is absolutely gorgeous . The historic district is a short 14 minute drive .The Nights of Lights were amazing. This was a perfect Thanksgiving get away.... with no cooking!

Location was great, it was very quiet and everyone was very friendly. We felt safe and comfortable there. The condo was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It is close to the beach, and we appreciated the beach towels, which we usually end up buying once we arrive. Having two full bathrooms was a treat as well. It was very spacious, much bigger than you usually get when you rent a condo. The hot tub was a nice addition for us to enjoy every evening as well. We will absolutely be staying here next time we come to St Augustine.

Great St. Augustine Getaway!

Great location (just minutes from Old Town) with direct beach access. The condo was quiet and clean. Check in was really easy and the owner was very responsive via text. It was one of the more pleasurable VRBO experiences we've had. The next time we go back to St. Augustine we will definitely be booking here!

Great beachfront Condo!

Perfect place, steps to the beach, and minutes to attractions downtown! Pools and hot tubs were clean, as well as all the grounds. Plenty of activities to do, with equipment all provided. We will definitely stay again!

Birthday trip to spend with family

The owner, Dawn, went above & beyond to make sure that we had everything that we needed. She’s an excellent communicator. Close to great restaurant’s & beautiful beach. Very comfortable rental!
