ACCESS:
• You will have access to the entire 2nd-floor apartment (no shared spaces inside the unit).

• The parking area is behind the house, where you'll have 2 assigned parking spots. The entire backyard is fully paved, so there is no traditional "yard" at the property.

• Stairs: To reach the 2nd floor, there are 5 steps up to the front porch and then 14 stairs inside. 10 steps going down to the basement, where the laundry machines are located.

• Basement laundry machines (2 washers and 2 dryers) are shared with the 3rd floor tenant only. You won't have any issues accessing the 2 sets of washers and dryers available for your use!

• The basement was recently painted and is bright with motion-sensor lights. You can access the basement from the interior of the property, which is cleaned monthly.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
» This is a 2nd-floor apartment in a 3-family house (triplex).

» You will have the entire 2nd-floor apartment for yourself.

» There is 1 apartment above you and 1 apartment below you.

» Stairs: To reach the 2nd floor, there are 5 steps up to the front porch and then 14 stairs inside. 10 steps going down to the basement, where the laundry machines are located.

» Basement laundry machines (2 washers and 2 dryers) are shared with the 3rd floor tenant only. You'll always have access to the machines. The basement is well-lit with motion sensor lights and cleaned monthly.

» Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed indoors and is strictly enforced. Please review house rules at the bottom of the page!

» Please note: This unit is not available for short-term rentals. Minimum stay is 31 nights.
