Very clean and comfortable with many warm touches. Updated kitchen and it had everything we needed. Kelly communicated quickly. Great location as well

We come to PDC once a year, every August during the Crawford County Fair, and we absolutely love staying here! We always look forward to coming back! I do however have just a couple of little notes that I wanted to pass along.Unfortunately, the bed was really uncomfortable this year. Two out of the three nights, I ended up sleeping on the couch downstairs because the bed was hurting my back so badly. I think it may be worth looking into replacing the mattress.The other thing I noticed was the shower head. It looks like it has quite a bit of mineral buildup from the hard water, and many of the little nozzles are clogged and aren't spraying water. I would love to see either a new shower head when we come back next year, or at the very least have the existing one cleaned on a regular basis with a mineral deposit cleaner or something similar so that the buildup doesn't continue to clog it.We really do love staying here and plan to be back next year, so I just wanted to mention these things in hopes they can be addressed before our next visit.

anniversary weekend

we loved staying in this adorable house! Very close to downtown- we felt safe walking to the bars and restaurants after dark.We will for sure stay here again if we are in town again.

Great spot for a couple or small family

Lovely apartment perfect for 2 adults with a kid or two. It’s a lovely spot in historic PDC. Close to restaurants and historic sites.

Beautiful, clean, close to downtown

We stayed here while in town for a wedding and it was the perfect small getaway for our family. Small but clean and had everything we need. Walking distance to downtown and the river.

Great place to stay !

Great place to stay, close walking distance to bars and restaurants. Very clean, beautiful place ! Alyson was a great host, responded very quickly to messages. We will definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Great location! Bed was comfortable ,but if you are light sensitive bring an eye-mask, bedroom is very bright. Apartment had everything we needed .Alyson was very easy to contact & responded right away when we reached out .we would definitely stay here again.
