The property was clean but there was no thought into the decor. Looks like the owner went to WalMart and just bought everything that was in the deep discount racks, Valentine's, Seaside, metallic tree wall hangings with several of the large, rhinestone (leaves) missing. Don't expect to be able to cook. The utensils provided aren't enough to make anything other than a frozen TV dinner. Check-in was the worse traveling experience of my 63 yr old life. We arrived after the main office closed. After about 20 minutes of searching various emails for the owner's phone number, I called him at around 11:00 pm. He told me that we should have received a "Welcome Letter" with all information necessary to go directly to the condo. We did not receive this Welcome Letter. He continued, over and over, to insist that we did. Did he REALLY think that I would be calling him at 11:00 pm if I received the letter. Then he told me that he did not have access to a computer and was unable to "resend" (in his mind) this letter. Excuse me? A property owner that does not have immediate access to a computer??? He then admitted that he was getting ready for bed. So instead of him taking 2 minutes to open his computer and forward the letter to us, he suggested that we find a hotel for the night, like that would not be a HUGE inconvenience, essentially ruining 1/2 of our first day in Orlando. There are several other interactions that were unacceptable but nothing tops the arrogance of this owner's actions on our arrival. On multiple occasions after that night, he continued to blame US (his clients) for the error. Great customer service tactic. You screw up and then blame the people paying you money. This experience is so incredibly surreal. I can see why this unit is so inexpensive and was available at the last minute. Stay clear of this guy.
