3ベッドルーム3バスタウンハウスユニット3。 2016年8月に建設された、タウンハウススタイルの3ベッドルーム、3バスユニットは、ワトキンスグレン州立公園に隠れています。 3号室では、到着時に清潔なリネンで作られたクイーンサイズベッドで10名様まで宿泊できます。 1階に2つ、2階に2つの3つのフルバスルームには、清潔なタオルと手ぬぐいがあります。



リビング/ダイニングエリアには、快適な座席、広いケーブルチャンネルを選択できる薄型テレビ、6席のダイニングテーブルがあります。 フルキッチンには基本的な調理器具、食器、グラス、食器があります。 到着前に提供されたエントリーのコードで簡単にチェックイン。

Perfect place to stay for 3 adults, as we each got our own bedroom and full bathroom. Very comfortable beds, everything was clean. There is a TV in the living room, and in the 2 upstairs bedrooms although one of those was not working. So close to the downtown and the State Park. There is no sidewalk to walk down to them, and the road is a little curvy with only the shoulder to walk on, so we chose to drive. But it would be less than a mile to get to everything. We were all very pleased with our stay and would love to come back again and maybe make it a couple's trip. There is plenty of room for everyone!

Very convenient to Seneca Falls & WGI racetrack

We've stayed in these condo's before and enjoy the convenience of their proximity to both downtown Watkins Glen and the WGI racetrack. Compared to many VRBO's I've stayed at, the bedrooms in this condo are somewhat sparsely furnished (bed, nightstand, TV...no dresser, wardrobe or chair/ bench) and all rooms are sparsely decorated (either nothing on the walls or 1 picture in a room). Look, they were clearly designed to be low maintenance rental units and everything in them came from the low end of the product line (doors, hardware, appliances, etc) and the quality of the construction is low end. The stairs have a single step at the top that's 3" shorter than all the rest of them...dangerous at the very least, not code compliant and it just speaks to the level of construction. The unit we stayed in last year had no doors on the closet and no shelving in the closet. Yes, the place functions as intended, but set your expectations accordingly. These units serve their purpose on a basic level. If you're pretty low maintenance, you'll love staying here. If you're kinda fussy, this may not be your best bet. Just remember, these units are a whole lot nicer than the moldy Seneca Lodge units and many other moldy smelling hotels in town.

Property needs deep cleaning. Sheets are old need replacement.. noise from other tenants till 1:30 am. Host was able to move us down one unit. Thankful for that. Cut my foot on exposed tack strip near bathroom needs maintenance.

Nice stay

It’s a nice place to stay for several nights. Very close to Watkins Glen SP, convenient location. Though close to road, didn’t hear much noise at all. We all enjoyed our stay there. Only thing is not sure how often garbage is collected, saw the garbage bin full all the time.

Not as good as it seems

The two of us stayed there for 3 nights. The listing stated that the property was built in 2016, but it is more likely that the date is 2014 (The back side of the toilet water tank cover has the date of April 2014. ) Overall the quality of materials a workmanship of the house looked pretty low. The house was listed as being in a "quiet, wooded area". Indeed, on one side there are trees, but in front of the house there is a busy road, with occasional trucks climbing uphill. The bedroom on the ground floor was so noisy that we had to move upstairs. The house looked clean inside, but at the end of the driveway one of the garbage cans spilled its content to the ground, obviously days before we arrived, and nobody cleaned it up. The downstairs bedroom had water damage on the wall and in one corner of the ceiling. The quality of the utensils was terrible. On the positive side Watkins Glen is indeed a few steps away and it is a beautiful place.

Great location!

Watkins Glen State Park will literally be your back yard during your stay, offering amazing views and trails. The house is also very comfortable and it has everything you need.
