Once again the property was spotless and everything we needed for the comforts of home were provided. We had 2 people stop for dinner on Saturday night and they drove their own cars. They parked in the lot we did and we were warned by a driveby only 2 vehicles were allowed even though there were multiple parking spaces not being used. So we cut our dinner short and they left. Other than that our experience was very pleasant. This was our 4th time here.

We enjoyed our stay in this great house with everything you need nearby. Would stay there again if I would visit Lake George again. Terri always answered very quick. Communication was great! There were tickets for a free boat ride in the house. Thanks a lot!

We had an amazing vacation in the Lake George area and a large part of the success of the trip was the quality and location of this beautiful cottage. Right on Lake George there were beautiful views and also just off the main street, that provided quick access to the strip, but set just enough back for privacy and quiet. Our son loved being able to hear the whistles of the Minnie Ha-Ha every time it cruised by on the lake. All attractions in the village are within a 2-10 minute walk. 15 minute drives to Lake Luzerne for tubing and rafting and rodeo, or horseback riding up past Bolton Landing. The house was clean and comfortable- AC on hot days, lots of windows for a beautiful breeze off the lake on milder days and evenings. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra pillows. All the amenities of the kitchen allowed us to make lunches for our day trips. Terri answered all our questions ahead of time and the staff at the marina were friendly and always asked how our stay was when we past by. The perfect spot for fireworks on the deck. We will back!

Check-in was fine once we found the house down the little narrow road. Kitchen facilities were great. It is perfect for a family with children who like playing in sand at a beach that is very close. They also had excellent concerts next to the beach. The free ride on the paddle boat was really nice. And you are right in the center of town with loads of tourist things going on and very close to a supermarket and a 4.5 hike up the nearby mountain. Also a grill and nice table outside for relaxed meals. People have mentioned the music at the bar nearby. It wasn’t a problem for us at all. It was really perfect for us.

The perfect place in every way!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home. We had a girls' trip - mom and young adult daughters. We were thrilled to bring our dog, too! We could walk to everything - shops, grocery store, restaurants, bars, ice-cream, arcade, and the shore! Super quick drive to the beach and other attractions, too. The house was IMMACULATE and had everything we could need and more! All the beds were super comfy and the living room couch was SO comfortable I didn't want to get up! (Terri, I need to know the brand of that couch! LOL) Terri replied immediately to my messages too, very reassuring. To say we had a wonderful getaway is an understatement - we already hope to come back next year!

Great location/Excellent for Boaters

Loved the location. Dock/Marina restaurant right down the hill from house, 1 minute walk. Don't have to drive anywhere. Nice sitting area outside where we had breakfast every day. Parked boat at Boardwalk Marina, additional cost but very reasonable. Only thing that may bother some is noise from nearby bar, Duffy's. Only heard it when we were outside and it was no bother at all once in the house. It would certainly not keep us from staying there again. Highly recommend, great communication from owner, very responsive to all questions.

Perfect Location

We have rented cottage for two years in June. We came back because it is in town and easy walking distance to restaurants, the lake, shops and historical sites. It is nestled off a side street with tree lined private property and away from any traffic. We appreciate the two bathrooms, air conditioners, cleanliness and kitchen area. We we njoy sitting on the outside covered back patio with table and chairs. While sitting there you can see the lake and the paddleboats and other cruise boats.Host Terri Parker was easy to contact with if we had any questions. It was easy to check in and checkout.

Highly Recommend

The cottage was clean, in a great location and comfortable for my family. The description is completely accurate and we loved the location of being walking distance to the village, Steamboat Co., beach and fishing. The owner also left complementary tickets for a Steamboat ride however I had already booked the lunch tour which was excellent. Although not quite water front there is a bit of a water view. I highly recommend this cottage!!

Lake George

This is our second year renting the cottage and once again we were more than happy with our experience. Cottage is very comfortable and well maintained and we enjoyed hanging out there when we weren’t out exploring the Lake George region.

Amazing stay in a beautiful place!!!

Absolutely LOVED this cabin. Its right on the lake. Its cozy. The location is perfect. Walking distance to everything. We had no issues being disturbed with the weekend live music from Duffys next door. (In fact we went out on the porch to listen to it.) We had a great time at Oktoberfest and got to see some PEAK NYS fall foliage. The owner Terri left us passes of a boat cruise on the lake, which we used our last day there. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! We would love to come back next fall and do it again!

Great location for Labor Day 2024

My sister and husband stayed at this property. The cottage was very cute and cozy. Everything was great and it's in the perfect location for walking distance to the village. And a bonus was added. They had tickets to enjoy a boat cruise! Thank you to our host Terri... everything was wonderful.

Lake George Vacation

Two of the things we value most in a rental is accuracy of the listing and communication with the host. Both were on point! If you are looking for a location walkable to everything in the village including beach access this is the spot! There were some reviews about being able to hear music from the bar/restaurant across the street and while you could hear the music from outside it had no impact on our family being able to sleep. The host was amazing with communication and helped every step of the way. Thank you for a great stay!
